I don't even know where to start. All my daughter wanted for her birthday was to see Daughtry. Louisville was the closest all ages show and it was spring break. So after begging her Dad off we went for our 4 hour drive. I told her not to get her hopes up. There was no way we would get to meet Chris or the guys.We went to headliners first and met alot of great Fans ( you know who you are). We went and checked into our hotel and came back. There was not alot of people there yet maybe 30. Taylor remebered the ladies from earlier and asked if she could go say Hi. They told her to go by the fence at the back of the buses and maybe she would see Chris. JP came out and signed her CD. Of couse I told him this was her birthday trip. He took a picture with her and went back. A little bit later a guy came out and was looking for the VIP winner. Everyone told him they did not think there was one. I jokingly said Taylor was a VIP and I was sure she would be a winner if there was one. He laughed and walked away. He later returned and told her he always picks the pretty girls for sound check and we could go inside. I can't even tell you what the look on ger face was like. She was shaking as we walked in and listened to them. She just stood there with her mouth wide open. I told he to relax. She then started to sing every word of the songs. At one point Joey said he has an outfit just like hers and Chris said it was probably true. Taylor laughed and then she really began to enjoy herself. It was so surreal. After sound check they all came down and signed her CD adn took a picture with us. Taylor talked a little with them and they wished her a happy birthday. It is really hard for me to remember everything. I didn't have time to prepare it just went so quickly. Everyone was so sweet and kind to her. I am so greatful for this experience. She loved the concert and was able to meet and take pictures and get autogrphs with everyone from Cinder Road as well. They are now her second favorite band. It was a night she will never forget. Since then she tells everyone that is willing to listen all about her night. She says it's the night she was treated like a rock star. Thank you to everyone who made this a wonderful night for her. We did not have one single bad moment. Everything was perfect. Well except I was so busy looking at the expressins on her face I forgot to tell Chris good bye and thanks. So thanks to all of Daughtry for making her dreams come true
