Allyson was soo right about MAN DOWN!!! I was completely flippin! I have wanted badly to see Joey live & upfront and then the surprise of the night happened!! OMG! If you haven't seen or heard his stuff, ya gotta! Chris couldn't have picked a better person than Joey to back him up! Seein him FINALLY totally made my night!! I know Allyson & everyone around us musta thought I had completely lost it during set change! And to see Chris, Josh and the others all cramming that little window to watch him and having a great time was fantastic! This was the best show I have been to! Sooo energized were they that you just couldn't help but get swept up in the moment despite the heat in that place! Yes, it was so hot inside by the time the guys came on that I had makeup stinging my eyes and my hair was wet but when they came on, I completely forgot about it!

The guys from Day of Fire are so genuinely nice and wonderful! Josh (lead singer) a great person! I talked with him the most. He loves mingling with the fans. The music was great and you can tell by watching them that they get so into the music! Josh tried to personally connect with as many fans as possible that at one point he leaned so far into the crowd he was practically on top of us. I had to hold his leg and side to make sure he didn't fall! LOL I had taken my 9 yr. old daughter to the columbia show last week and Zach(drummer) walked over after they had finished their set and handed Kayla his drumstick! Ya shoulda seen her face, she was so excited! He signed it after the show! I told him at this show about how excited she was and how proud she was showing it off and thanked him for that! He was glad that she had gotten a kick out of it!

Cinder Road also put on a kick-arse show! I loved the music and the energy they put into their show! They were totally rockin it out! They are a bunch of comedians too! Chris(lead guitarist) & Mac(drummer) were hanging out in the line for a bit in the morning and were sitting in my chairs. I walked over to them and we were joking around. i had told 'em that I had gotten there at 6am (yes peeps, I am now officially completely insane! LOL Thx my lovely friend!)and they couldn't believe it! They asked my why and I just told 'em I didn't know, crazy maybe!! LOL I jokingly asked them what they were gonna do for me for letting them sit in my chairs, a drumstick perhaps. Mac said sure! I'm thinking, yeah right buddy! not in my lifetime!LOL Well, guess what? While they were doing their set change, I called out to Mac and he freakin walked over and gave me a drumstick he'd used! OMG!!! I couldn't believe it! Never in a million years did I think that would happen! Of course, i got him to sign it afterwards! They love mingling with the fans afterwards. I love talking with them and Mike is such a sweetie! So is Pat & Nat!

Daughtry as it's already been said was ON FIRE!! I absolutely love watching Josh jam! i love Josh to death. He is such a sweetie! Brian was goin to town! Of course, Joey was going all out and the comedian he is, ya couldn't help but laugh! At one point, someone from the audience had thrown a couple of garters onstage and Josh picked one up and tried to fling it towards Brian! Brian didn't even see it so josh picked it up and threw it at Joey. What does he do but put it on his arm. Josh gave joey the other one and that got put on the other arm! LMAO! Joey was shirtless with garter belts on his arms! OMG! Only Joey! Chris & Joey did "Black" and then Joey left and Chris did a solo! Love the song! Can't wait for the new album! When Joey returned he was wearing a 3rd garter around his neck that had been thrown up there shortly after the first 2! Hilarious! Ya just gotta love that man! As great as Vegas is, i really did miss JP and his energetic self bouncing around the stage! I hope things get better soon and JP can return to the stage! He is sorely missed!!!!

I did get pics but seeing as I am behind the times, I have to get them developed and will let ya'll know soon. I loved seeing Mary again even tho it was across the room and had fun tryig to communicate our phone numbers to each other so we could talk! Wished I coulda spent a little time with you! We will have to meet in the middle and do lunch one day Mary! I did meet some other peeps and I loved meeting thomlora! It's good to see that I am not the only shorty out there! LOL Your are such a sweet person and I loved talking with you!

I know Cat and I were totally "man down" when Joey did Rebel Yell - I was soooooo thrilled cause he got to show off that amazing voice of his especially after I told over 100 ppl about it before the show

What an amazing, unforgettable, fun fun time!!!!
Well, me and my mom went this time. Jacque bailed on me @ noon.. jerk! lol So, my mom really wanted to go and this was her time! I grabbed her from work and we hit the road for Charleston! The drive was awesome! Good conversations, good music, good times! We got lost once we got downtown and I was tired so by the time we got to our hotel I had to take a quick nap! We got ready and headed out around a quarter till 8pm. The line was not very long, we were shocked!!! I was grabbed my moms hand and said upstairs NOW! lol ...It was the best view EVER!!!! I actually SAW the band this time, can you believe it!? I started looking for people, saw Cat, Laurie, and Lfsvr (I swear she thinks I'm crazy! HAHA!) Me and Cat were trying to exchange numbers by signaling each digit with our hands! That was challenging! lol ...I saw DOF for the first time, loved them! OH! And there was a chick fight directly below us!!!!!!!! HAHA! It was awesome.. the lead singer stopped singing and was all, "Uh, we got a fight going on down here.." and then started jammin' again! hah! Then Cinder Road came on, blown away all over again.. these guys are crazy live! So, a song or so into it they said "We have a special guest tonight" ....WHO IS IT? WHO WHO!!!?... JOEY!!!!!!!! AHH!! I'm not sure if I can exactly put my feelings at that moment into words... just awesome! Very special and.. just great! He did Billy Idol's Rebel Yell to perfection! He looked great, sounded great, and his stage presence is addictive! I've been wanting to see him live.. singing that is, for a loooong time! The guys from CR were rockin' all over the place ... they really were having such a good time! That's always good to see! Ok, so then our boys came out, everyone went psyco! lol My mom went nutty too! He covered Black and sang us a song from their new album, along with the rest of the songs they normally do. Let me tell you, the new song = LOVE! Such a great, great song!!!! I am getting excited now more than ever for the next album! All of the songs were right on point! Me and my mom were off in our own little world, taking pictures, singing, dancing, waving my glow stick (mini saber, hah)! When they did There and Back Again, Joey went on forever beating those drums! LOL It's like...ok done!...no, wait...one more time! *BAM!*...done!..one more time *BAM*! for like a minute straight! Good stuff. Some things I noticed: Chris' voice was awesome!!! Most importantly, the guys (all of them) just seemed soooo incredibly happy! I have never seen them look/act so ..happy! Good for them! If they're happy, so am I! My mom was a tropper! She hung in there with me through the entire show but then afterwards she was like, "Get me outta here now!!!" So... guess what that meant? Another show, no hanging out afterwards But, again, its all gravy baby! The show was fresh, exciting, energetic, and memorable... so so sad for it all to be over with *sigh* BUT, I did get looooots of pics this time for my DO peeps I practiced with the settings during DOF, so there are not a lot of them... CR's pics tuned out great!.. and then the whole lighting for Daughtry threw off my camera settings, BUT I have pics! WOOOO!!! lol enjoy...

I attempted to go see Daughtry last weekend at the HOB, however did not know it was biker week......traffic, traffic, traffic. When I arrived he was already on stage and show was almost over. VERY, VERY depressing. Me and my mother have been daughtry fans from very first Idol Audition.
