I wanted to let you know how your song has affected many lives. about a year ago my friend was diagnosed with terminal cancer and told she would only have three months to live. she took alot of treatments to extend her time but to no avail. She faced the end of her life with more bravery than anyone could imagine. she tried to prepare her children ( which she know exactly how because her mother died at about the same age as she was) but the thought of leaving them at times was more than she could take. she pasted away four months after her diagnosis and they played your song at her funeral, it touched me deeply. before she died the last conversation we had she said that it was time she was ready to leave. at the end she said that there was light surrounding. I know that this is a sad story and maybe out of place but everytime I hear your song I cant help but think of her and the wonderful times we had as trouble making teens and the hero she left this as.

I love the pictures of Chris and Boey. My family and friends are tired of hearing me talk about him despte the FACT that he lights up my world. I have never felt this way about any other celeb. I only know of Boey through Daughtry and the Arkansas Street Team, and saw her and her family on TV when they got their new home! I was so touched by her story and cried and cried while watching that....My prayers go out to the Byers family and everyone touched by this beautiful little angel!! I was so shocked when I heard the news about Boey. My heart broke. I really thought that if anyone could beat the odds it was her. I had not seen any bad news about her on her site so I was not aware how she was declining in recent days.

Boey is truly an angel. She was so very strong, brave and beautiful. My heart truly goes out to the Byers family. And to all of us as well. There are so many of us who learned of Boey's strength through our Chris Daughtry ties. I feel as though we have shared the highs and lows of Boey's battle. It is a great blow to all of us to lose her strength of character and her unwavering faith. She brought so much joy to so many in her short life. I think we can all learn a lesson from Boey. She was in pain and suffering things that no child should ever have to face and yet she wanted to give back. She brought joy to other sick children and she brought awareness to her illness. I think that in honor of her we should all do what we can to do the same.

I don't know if anyone who is in touch Rachel could find out, when things calm down a bit for them, what we can do to continue the cause that was so important to Boey. I think that would be the best way to honor her memory and the incredible child that she was.

I send all my love, thoughts and prayers to the Byers family during this incredibly difficult time. The world has lost one of it's brightest shining stars

I am at a loss of words. Boey fought long and strong to overcome her battle and she is remembered as a hero and a warrior. She is at peace now and is in a better place.
