I am a fan (and you should be too), because...this music makes my heart sing! I have been a fan of Chris since the moment I heard him sing "The Letter" in his audition for AI! Thanks to my beautiful now 11 year-old daughter who begged me to watch with her. I am not a fan of AI and really had no interest in watching, but to make her happy I watched with her....and in walked Chris Daughtry...and so it began. I soon found out about his previous band, Absent Element, bought that CD...loved it!! I voted religiously every week for Chris and cried when he got voted off....even worse was holding my daughter who cried for hours that night...I still remember explaining to her that night that it was a blessing in disguise...that Chris was going to be hugely successful and go on to make some awesome music...and boy was I ever right!!! I have been on this ride from the beginning...the ups and downs...reveling in each success with Chris. I have made some life-long friends along the way that I will cherish forever. I have had the pleasure of seeing Daughtry perform 8 times live...if you think the CD is good...just wait until you hear them live. Josh, JP, Brian and Joey are all super talented musicians who each add a little of themselves to each song making it even better than it was before. I also love this music because I can play it around my kids...family friendly and still kicks A$$!!! My kids can all sing along to all the songs when I play it in the car I am a fan for life and so excited to see what happens next for Daughtry. I am so proud of all of them and proud to be a fan!
