Wow, that was the best concert I've ever been to in my life. I seriously sang so hard to every single song that I can't speak now. I only wish it there was more.
Daughtry was great, the music was amazing, and I felt totally honored and really stoked to be a part of their next music video, especially for "Home", a song that I really connect with (being a native North Carolina boy myself) and one that I feel really means a lot to Chris. It's just so awesome to have been a part of that. We ended up getting a great spot and it was so intimate, even with nearly 25,000 people. (They only expected 8,000)
I've already bought tickets for Asheville, and I would love to have tickets for Raleigh (anyone got any they can part with?) so I'm definitely going to be seeing them again. But I don't think they'll beat the concert they did tonight. I mean, a concert at home. What could be better?
I wish Chris and the guys the best in their careers and in the rest of their lives. And I want to say a HUGE sincere thank you to their families for letting us have them for a while. I can imagine how hard it must be to be away from them, so thank you!
So guys, keep up the GREAT work and I'll see you in Asheville.
