Chris blends rock and poetry beautifully!
His strong and gritty voice is amazing and it can cut right through you- it gives me chills.

I couldn't believe what I heard the first time I played the CD in my car, I was blown away and almost CRASHED into the cars ahead of me! It is full of emotion and full of depth and passion!
Then when I got HOME I played it again and again and again and I am hooked.
A perfect mix of rockin ballads and awesome rock songs.
And Slash? oh my god, unbelievable- I USED TO love Guns and Roses!
It gets even better, my favorite song is also on the limited edition CD with an acoustic version (Crashed).

His success is well deserved for the hard work and dedication he seems to put forth in everything.
When he left Idol I thought to myself, IT'S NOT OVER, he'll be back better than ever!
Winning probably would not have been the best thing for him anyway- this way he was free to put out the album he wanted. But his raw talent blew everyone away!
Making it without the title "AI" makes it even sweeter, and thank god he didn't have to sing a cheezy song in the finals (not that he wouldn't have made it sound good or rock out even).
The song Over You could actually be about Idol! (And when you slammed the front door shut, A lot of others opened up, So did my eyes so I could see, That you never were the best for me).

When I came across this website I instantly looked for a concert anywhere near Buffalo and almost had a BREAKDOWN when I saw that the closest was Pittsburgh.
But I waited patiently and now July 4th I will be GONE in Toronto for my first Daughtry concert, so I will be THERE AND BACK AGAIN for the concert in Buffalo.
I can't wait- twice in one summer, how fortunate!
FEELS LIKE TONIGHT I will pop in my Daughtry CD and fantasize about how awesome it will be in the front row!
But WHAT ABOUT NOW? I can't wait a whole month!

Chris, hopefully your success will be long lasting and that all your fans will never get OVER YOU!
