I am a fan (and you should be too), because Daughtry is the first band of the 21st century to truly rock your socks with their talent, not just with their mystique or the way their eyeliner's applied. Daughtry doesn't need all that. Through this band, Chris has finally gotten to showcase not only his incredible voice, but his tender and powerful songwriting style. Most bands have typical debuts that may be lucky enough to at least have a talented lead singer, but no other band has a more blazing guitar riff or a more tender strum than Daughtry. Who could turn down such music? I'm proud of Chris, Josh, J.P., Joey, and now Brian (welcome!) for making the best rock album the world has ever heard, and I hope that they continue to keep rocking down the globe!
