It looks like we can have two nights of fun now. Shinedown just announced a show at the Black Sheep! July 29th! It doesn't say who with. Imagine...Shinedown at the Black Sheep. WOW!
I know Chris won't be there But does anyone plan on going to the Shinedown, Theory Of A Deadman and Black Stone Cherry concert? Hubby and I are going.....other than Daughtry this is my choice for a perfect concert!!

Just don't have a lot to say. For Memorial Day, I went on a hike in Evergreen. Life's been hectic around here lately. My brother in law, father in law and husband all had birthdays. My sister is moving out of state in 4 days, and I am moving at the end of July to Oregon, so its been crazy. Hope everyone is doing ok.
Hey there, what did you all think of the Ventura Show? I loved it. I wish the guys would release an acoustic CD, don't you think? They really have grown musically. So how was everyone's Memorial Day Weekend? I backpacked in Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park and camped with my honey. It was so beautiful up there and so nice to get out of town. We live in such a beautiful state don't we? Well, get out and enjoy it this summer ya'll. Where the heck is everybody?
Hi ladies! How have ya all been? Must be busy cause it's very quiet over here on this thread. I actually am one to talk, I haven't said "Hey" for awhile now. I did make it to the Jovi/Daughtry show in Denver. That was awesome. I snuck my way up to ninth row (expert concert goer) and it was great. That is the closest I have seen Daughtry perform and it was great to make some eye contact with some serious cuties on that stage.
Looking foward to summer and getting out of town to go camping this weekend. It has been a long cold spring! Well, hope you all are doing well. TTFN

I'm looking for Mo Raine...lol...actually I've had my fill of rain this spring.....but lol I was thinking i was going to bump yall and then I see yall went 15 days without posting........where are you???? Did the band kidnap you both??? Are you being held hostage??? OR......ARE YOU ON TOUR??????????? Where are you??? LMAO! I miss you guys...we miss you guys!
haven't had much time lately. been trying to catch up on work that i missed last week and just get back to a normal routine. my mom is in town this week too. i appreciate all the thoughts. there was another fire near us tonite, not too big and it's contained already, although the winds are howling fierce outside again. but it made me nervous and i will admit that i had stuff packed and by the door before i went to have dinner with mom earlier. i'm still nervous and on edge and guess i will be for a while.
here's hoping we get a daughtry concert date to look foward to soon!
(or maybe i'll win the lottery this weekend and be able to go to the last show in atlanta for my birthday. LOL!)

we are home and safe. i am exhausted and will try to post more later or in a day or so (back to work in the morning). it was just one thing after another ... on the way home yesterday, my car broke down and had to go in the shop overnight to get a part today.
thank you all for the thoughts and prayers. i hope we never have to experience that again!!

I got a text from Anissa this morning.. I don't know if you have heard but there is a bad wildfire down in Ordway, where she lives. She has been evacuated to a Red Cross shelter. Please pray or have good thoughts for her.
I'm glad you had a great time Stacey.
'Raine and I are off to see Egypt Central next...Then possibly Framing Hanley...THEN Deepfield will be in town.
I swear...we are concert geeks AND WE LOVE IT..lol
'Raine- The concert was really good. Nothing too interesting though. Lots of drunk people, tons of moshing, and a couple fights. I ended up standing next to the guy I stood next to at the Puddle of Mudd concert- small world! I'm a bigger fan of Seether now though :]
Time to go enjoy my night off work. It's my b-day so no way was I spending the day working lol.
i was just coming in to post about last night, too. i was crying during their segment - and smiling too. i'm so proud of them and respect them so much! the footage from their trip was beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time. and what a perfect song!
did you see them on ellen? chris talked about wanting to give back now that they have become so successful. what an amazing bunch of guys!
i am so pleased to see idol continue to use the show's success to really make a difference around the world!

I just wanted to say that the Daughtry portion of the show had me in tears. They visited Uganda, well Josh, Joey and Chris did. They sang "What about Now" and all the little kids were singing with them. It was so beautiful. Hugs to all... I gave last night because of that performance. It was amazing CODO's. Also thank you for the Birthday wishes...
I got invited but I'm not heading up. I'm the opposite, Stacey - I really like Seether. Broken is one of my favortie songs. Hope you have fun. Let me know what I missed out on. I just can't do another weekday show right now.
i only wish i could have gotten more - like EVERY song! LOL
now that my youtube is all set up and going, i will move to working on pictures (what few i took) this weekend, and perhaps finding some that might be worthy enough to enter that contest. (as if)
hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

gotten my videos all uploaded. (well, the last daughtry is nearly completed as i type this) ... so check 'em out and try to ignore the bon jovi, since i have come to the conclusion that i'm the only jovi fan amongst the CODO's. that's okay though.
(there are a couple of short clips from pueblo up there now too)
