I had the pleasure of meeting Chris very briefly after the last AI show in Wilkes Barre, PA. He is so gracious and friendly to everyone. I told him that I was Deana from Upper MI and he seemed to remember who I was from the emails I had sent him. His face lit up and he immediatley gave me a huge hug. It was a moment I will never forget as long as I live. Then as he was sitting in the back of an SUV, waiting to leave. I believe they were bringing Ace Young's parents to the airport. I chatted with him for a moment and I made the comment to him, asking him "doesn't all of this get old after a while"? Referring to all the crazy fans outside. And I will never forget, he smiled and said "if this is the worst thing I have to deal with...I'll take it". He is truly so grateful for his newly found success and so thankful to all the fans that got him here. I thought, what a great answer. Such a genuine guy. I hope he stays as true to himself always as he is today. And I know his success will continue and I will be right there supporting him all along the way.
