I am a fan (and you should be too), because...My daughter and I were HUGH Chris Daughtry fans during American Idol. I spent a lot of money on extra text messages for two cell phones so there was no way he could not loose, guess I was wrong. LOL As soon as the CD was in the store I had to buy it and my 14 year old daughter loves the CD too. She is a big rap and hip hop fan and that really says something for Chris' music to get a teenager to convert to rock. As soon as we get in the car we crank his CD UP!!!! I have missed many cell calls by having the songs to loud and I'm 44!! Chris appeals to all crowds. I tried to get tickets online for the Kansas City show at Harrahs Casino and they sold out in 40 minutes and I was not one of the lucky ones. Maybe someday my daughter and I will be able to see Chris live. It will be a thrill to expierence that.
I first wrote this "Why I am a Fan" almost a year ago and since then my daughter and I have been lucky to see Daughtry twice in Kansas City, MO. Once at Red, White and Boom, which was a summer outdoor event and when he was on tour with Nickelback. I had the best time at each of the concerts. I want to see him everytime he is in Kansas City. He has a wonderful show and it is not like some bands that are obscene. The band makes sure the crowd is involved and is entertained. I can't wait until the NEXT Daughtery album comes out. CHRIS WHEN IS THE NEXT ALBUM COMING OUT???? Oh, and I do own a Mrs. Daughtry t-shirt with a black Daughtry tattoo hoodie, that needs to be autographed!!!!
