Well for the past week i have been trying and TRYING to get enough money for tickets to the Raleigh North Carolina concert.

See what happened was: I found out the tickets were going on sale on 1/31/07 at 10:00 A.M. so that was ok at first. Then i found out that everybody was having problems getting tickets for the shows. They were selling out like hot cakes. so i started worrying. My sister told me at first she would be able to get the tickets with her income tax check but then we found out she wont be getting it until maybe the 1st or 2nd of february. So then i REALLY started worrying. Then of course came the nights of not sleeping AT ALL...i dont think i have had one good night of rest for over a week! Then a plan was struck.

I started collecting cans from EVERYWHERE and ANYWHERE. Mind you that it is below freezing here and everythings covered in snow and ice. Well i got all the cans i could manage to fill up my little pontiac sunfire...2 door. I took them down and got 19.50$!!!! thats it!!! so my mom managed to give me some money...then another plan struck.

I went to all my friends parents and asked them if i could borrow 1$ to 5$ and i managed to get altogether 48$ from the cans my mom and my friends. But then i was almost out of gas so i put 6$ in gas in my car now i was down to 42$ and i still had to buy a gift card. The cheapest being 3.50$ from my dads bank.

Well i went down to the bank and they said i had to be a bank member to get one. My dad being one didnt work. So i asked my dad if he could to give me like 5 or 6$ to get the card and have enough left to get 2 tickets and shipping for the tickets to be sent which is 4$

(i hope everyone is keeping up) anyways. He goes down to the bank to get the card and imagine my surprise.my dad gets a flat tire!!!! i was so disappointed. He had to take 16$ out of my money to get a new tire...now i was down to about 25$ i needed 15$ to get the second ticket and 4$ more to get shipping. So again back to thinking of a plan. So i went down to the pawn shop and pawned some video games and dvds and managed to get 25$ I WAS SO EXCITED!!!!!
I finally had enough to get tickets and i would do anything i dont care if it was wrong immoral or fattening (as my mom says) so again my dad went to his bank to get my gift card. He came home with it and i was so EXSTATIC!!!! So i immediately called my sister and told her the good news....i now have enough money to get the tickets and were running low on food until the 1st. but i was willing to do ANYTHING to get tickets.

So in the past week i have gotten the flu, cried my eyes out, gotten 2 bad cuts, been the dirtiest i have EVER been and Have had only had about 7 1/2 hrs of sleep and am hungry. But at least i SHOULD get tickets for the Show in Raleigh. If not i dont know what ill do but hopefully come 10 a.m. tomorrow ill be getting 2 tickets to the Daughtry concert...!!!!!!!!!
