does anyone know
I submitted an entry here back in February about ordering an absent element Cd in December and not receiving it. Alot of you had some good ideas, but unfortunately they have ignored all of my emails I have been sending since January. My credit card was charged and they have not sent out my cd. I don't know what else to do. I cannot believe that they are ignoring my emails, I am sure Chris would not be happy if he knew this. I wonder how many other Chris Daughtry fans are dealing with the same problem as I am.

I ordered from the site eons ago and have yet to receive either a cd or a reply. I paid w/ my card- have proof it was charged but am still awaiting the music. I don't even know how long ago I ordered it but it was sometime in '07. There was a note that they were temporarily out of stock but then the site showed more had arrived. So I was expecting to get mine but no such luck.
I ordered the Cd from their web-site. As I stated earlier I had sent numerous emails trying to find out what happened, well the last one I sent was kicked back saying no such address. I cannot believe they would treat people this way. I only paid $11.00 for the cd, but that is not the point at all, it is not about the money its just the principal. Like, I said I am sure Chris would not like that they have done this, I am sure I am not the only one.
I would be upset, too! Did you order it from this site or another one? I would not be a happy camper at all!
