Hi everyone.
I must say last night was an incredible opportunity. When I arrived at the Pepsi Center the people at "Will Call" kept trying to make me go with the Bon Jovi VIP's. Finally I met Lisa and Michele, the other VIP thanks to Michele's Daughtry shirt. After waiting about 45 minutes we got our tickets. I was glad to see so many people there for the opening act...the guys deserve it!
Our seats were second row on the left of the stage (when looking at it), in the back of the "ring". SO they were too far to get any pictures. I most say that it was fun going with to veteran "Daughtry girls". I LOVE the new song, it is so awesome live, so much better then the youtube version. The guys were great. Every song was awesome and we were standing and singing and having fun, even though no one around us were.
As they were finishing the last song we had to high tail it up the stairs and around half of the dang Pepsi center, then go down another flight of stairs to get to the meet and greet. I think the guy said there was 107 people for the meet and greet. We kept to the back, wanting to be last in line. First he told us they would give a picture but no autographs because Chris was going back out on stage to sing with Bon Jovi. Then he said everyone could have one thing signed. So we waited and when we got in the room I was in total awe. Brian was nice and signed my picture and then was Chris. He smiled at me and shook my hand and said hi. I am pretty sure I responded. Then the guy asked if we were from the website, and they pulled us aside so a couple other people could get signatures. Then we got to go back in and take a picture with the guys. Josh S. wasn't there, he got on a plane to go home to California right after the show since the guys have a day off. So, Lisa and Michele got their pics and then my hubby and I got ours. It was too funny. The guys were hilarious. Then I got to hug them all. Chris told me thanks and he hoped I enjoyed it.
It was fun, quick but fun. My hubby and I left quickly after that.
All in all, it was great fun...the guys are so great!
