Gotta tell ya about the best night I had in a very long time.
I met with 2 ladies from the UK and we drove to the show, stood very close to the door for about an hour before the entry began. We made it into 1st row and welcomed Redeem a fantastic swiss rock band! They got the crowd moving.
Thanks to Redeem, you white swiss chocolate yummies, you rocked the scene!
Daughtry entered the stage. Firstly Steely followed by JP, Joey and Brian. Right behind THE man himself. They started off with "You Don't Belong". Gosh the air felt like fire. WICKED. Chris interacted with the crowd big times. The venue being held in such a small place really allowed a very personal, very loving, absolutely adorable and itimate atmosphere between the band and their fans. Being in first row meaning only about 1 meter (not very good in the measurment - I asume its about 3 feet )between us and the stage we were ELECTRIFIED.
KAZ, CAZ & I rocked and sang alone all songs. "You Don't Belong" was followed by "What I Want", "Its Not Over", "Breakdown","All These Lives", "What About Now","Crashed", "Feels Like Tonight", "Over You" and "Home". The very last song "There And Back Again" really kicked a**!
Let me tell ya, words are not able to even nearly describe how we hang on Chris lips, rocked with JP banging is mohawk or how strong we felt the drumbeats of Joey in our hearts. Not to talk about Steely being his-sexy-self and Brians wickedly moves with his tongue to the beats.
We caught Joey’s drum sticks, got JP’s picks handed over personally and got the crew to give us the song list from Brian …***Ladies for all the visions and dreams later on that night my review would be flagged!!!
We luckily got the chance to chat with JP after the show and took some pics. YAY me the German chick got a pic with JP. YIHAAAAA. Outside of the Batschkapp we caught Brian and JP took more pics and chatted for a little. They are both sooooo lekker, down to earth and melt your heart by talking with ya like a friend from next door. Picture the goosebumps I had.
Chris, Steely and Joey we talked to just briefly as they were in the car ready to leave. Good to know that all of them had a blast in Frankfurt. YES Chris, Brian, JP, Joey and Steely we had a blast, better, the time of our lives.
Thanks to all the men and women behind the scenes for that wonderful night I won't forget! Come back soon Daughtry.
