DAUGHTRY's music fits any kind of mood I'm in. It almost speaks to my soul or something!
Never in my life have i heard such an incredibly passionate, clear, powerful, sexy, perfectly- pitched voice as Chris Daughtry's.
Each and every DAUGHTRY song is outstanding, and it's rare you buy an album where you don't want to skip to the next song. It's also rare to want to hear an album multiple times daily for months & months and not care to listen to anything else!
I bought the CD first thing in the morning on Nov 21st, it's release day, of course!
I LOVE IT and it's all i ever play on my iPod, in the house, car, and also while I work-out.
Along with "that voice", I ADMIRE and RESPECT that Chris is a Christian who loves The Lord, and who puts his wife and family first. (As a Christian myself, that means a lot to me, and it adds to why I'm a fan.)
i could go on and on about Chris' other great qualities, like how he stays humble in all this fame, how he's grateful to his fans, how he remains down to earth, genuine and grounded ~ but that would be a novel in itself.
i love and respect Joey, JP, Steely and Brian too - they are all awesome musicians, who were chosen very wisely & carefully and it shows! None of them deserve to be second fiddle to Chris. They could each make it on their own. But I'm glad they are with Daughtry, and hope they'll stay forever - because I'll be a fan forever who wants to hear them for the rest of my life. What nice guys all 5 of them are!
