Has anybody even seen a situation where the VIPs are selected, RCA sends them a PM, and they don't ever act on it? I know the rest of us would consider that TOTAL MADNESS but really, what does RCA do in that situation? Do they make them respond within a certain amount of time to ensure they establish contact (and if not, pick someone else) or do they simply select the VIP and that's it? I would hate to see them select the random winner and have the package go to waste if they don't respond. There's just so many of us that want this SO BADLY! If anyone can give me insight here (maybe the RCA folks will read this) I would really appreciate it!
