I love that Chris writes his own lyrics. Music is very much like poetry set to music and it should tell a story...a cohesive one. I think a rocking tune is great, but if the words that front it make little or no sense, the listener is cheated of understanding and the singer is cheated of being understood. I also really respect that it would appear from what I've seen of Chris that he is a Christian. As such, he is in a position to really impact people's lives in a way non-Christian singers can not. Keep up the great work, guys!
