Chris to appear on a song called "The Past" on the new Sevendust Album
Sevendust "The Past" is Available now on iTunes.
"The final track listing for Sevendust's new album, Chapter VII: Hope & Sorrow has been announced and reveals that Chris Daughtry, a longtime fan of Sevendust's, will appear on the album as well as members of Alter Bridge. Chris Daughtry appears on the track "The Past" while Mark Tremonti of Alter Bridge guests on "Hope" and Miles Kennedy of Alter Bridge on "Sorrow.""

I love the song, but especially because Chris is on it!! His vocals are outstanding as usual and give me chills (in a GOOD way LOL). I love it!!

listening to this song. It's wonderful and I love what it stands for and think Chris helps make it shine b/c he's got the potential to do that for anybody whetehr they're a great band or not. "The Past" is a song with relaly great lyrics and I love everything about it!!

What a phenomenal track! It's just another example of the fact that everything Chris touches turns to gold. Sevendust has long been a favorite of mine but this song is going to launch them into the mainstream!!! Well done =)

Man-- I was hoping Chris would get the metal bug. He has the talent, no question about it.
We jam air guitar on our M-4s to Sevendust and a lil tune called "Crashed" when we get back inside the wire all the time. Hopefully Daughtry can get with the USO and visit us in the Green Zone.
C'mon over, Chris---the fireworks (and other pyrotechnics) will be provided by your hosts....lol.

Sevendust does some pretty heavy stuff. I hope this song is HEAVY! I love Chris' hardcore voice! Don't get me wrong, his ballads are awesome too, but I love when he gets into his hard rocker voice/yells!! Hooo Baby!! Bring it on!!!
I would love to hear the song Chris does with them. They're a good band and I bet it's going to be so awesome!!
