Just signed up as a fan on the site, posted a line in the "why I'm a fan" area and saw it sez I'm a "new rocker"....

I used to listen to my older brother's Ted Nugent LPs as a kid...Don Dokken, Ratt, Van Halen... it was not hard to find a god tune back then.

Now I like my active rock- Spineshank, Atryeu, Cinder, Tool, Incubus, Godsmack...man could I go on.

Daughtry has a good thing going. I'm waiting for them to really nail it down though. I hope they ratchet things up a few decibels and not get too influenced by Bon Jovi. They need to get one kicka$$ track that shows they can crank it out and then their mark will be made.
