I am a fan (and you should be too), because...Chris Daughtry is real. Yes of course a real person, but he is true to himself. He does not try to mold and make himself into someone else like most artists do. I can remember seeing him from his first audition and thinking WOW he is awesome!! He keep me hooked the ENTIRE time he was on the show. There was never a time when I thought that he didn't totally rock the show! He would put his own little twist on his songs and make them sound SOO GREAT! I just KNEW he was going to win!! As well, I am sure most people did. The night he was voted off totally ruined the show for me! You could see it in his expression too. Not that he was conceited or anything, but he knew that there was absolutely NO reason for him to be gone. When I heard about Fuel wanting him to be their lead singer, I was sooo stoked. When he sang Hemorrhage, it sounded like that was his song that he had been singing forever. He declined, and I was like NO why did he do that! NOW I am sooo glad he did!! He knew exactly where he was going. He would have made them more successful, but he knew that he could do it on his own. He did not need an already made up group to show us all of his talent and capabilities.

I was signed up for a newsletter that is sent to my email. When they told that his album was going on sale, I quickly pre-ordered in on Amazon.com. I remember telling my friend that I had and I was oober excited!!!! Needless to say, I was very excited. haha She asked, "How much did it cost?" I started thinking and was like I HAVE NO CLUE! I didn't even pay attention to the price, believe it or not. I have to watch my money closely too, so I don't overspend. Seeing as this was Chris Daughtry we are talking about, that part totally slipped my mind. I was like I don't care though, I am getting my cd!! I got it the day after Thanksgiving! I checked the mailbox and there it was!! I was off that day, Friday, and cleaned out my car while blaring this wonderful cd. I quickly took a liking to "It's Not Over," which I notice a lot of people have. "Over You" and"All These Lives" are my other favorites, I listen to the cd continously!! My boyfriend, everytime he gets into my car, is like PLEASE take this cd out! NO way! The entire song is amazing. I couldn't imagine someone not liking any of his songs, but just hearing his voice is enough for me! It is really great!

I am adding now, that I will be at his March 25th show!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CANNOT wait!!! I am soo scared that I will not even be able to get into Blue Cat's doors! I would totally be devastated if I cannot see the band!!!! I had a dream last night that I went to the concert. My boyfriend's sister grabbed my arm and said here is a VIP pass! Her boyfriend is the assistant manager of the club (and he really is), and he had got them for us. I was like OMG! We showed these guys our passes and they let us in and THERE HE WAS! Sorry about the other guys, I am not sure why you were not in my dream!! Needless to say it was awesome! I am hoping though that the dream was just a little glimpse of the actual night!! I would so ecstatic to actually meet him!!!!! and the other group members!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a BIG reason I really like him!! Of course, he knows, everyone knows, he is gorgeous!!!!! What really draws me to him, is his family life. How many men do you know his age, with his GREAT looks, that has a wife and kids and just cares that much for them. They are not really his kids, but I would have never known if they did not say that on American Idol. I love that quality in him!!!! I know he is not a tangible reality to my life at all!!!! I like to dream haha. NO but he loves his family, there is nothing more you could ask for in a man!!!

Last, I would like to say PLEASE pick me!! The show is only ONE week and ONE day before my 22nd birthday!! The show is at Blue Cats and I know it will be jammed packed!!!! I want to be able to be there and actually see him perform!!! I love seeing him perform on tv, I could only imagine how wonderful it would be live!!! That would be the GREATEST birthday gift ever!!! My boyfriend's sister's boyfriend (haha) is the assistant manager there, so hopefully he will be able to help me out too!!! My manager is also submitting a vip request, so just let us go ahead and have it PLEASE!
