I am a fan (and you should be too), because...of that voice! Chris has got such an unusual voice....different from anyone else. And now he has the band to back him that fits his voice perfectly. I was a fan on AI and knew he would have a following whether he won or not. I got the chance to see him at his homecoming in Greensboro along with 22,000 other people in March 2007. It was a truly fantastic show..worth the drive, the wait, and the huge crowd! I'm one of the few Moms who can brag to her kids that I am somewhere in the music video for "Home." Chris and the guys sounded even better the second time I heard them at HOB in Myrtle Beach. ( I got closer this time too!! ) The show they put on was terrific and the fans were singing all the words to the songs. Chris seems surprised when this happens which shows his humble side even though his album has gone triple platinum! What a great future Daughtry has in store..(good for them AND good for the fans) !!
