So my Dad, 2 brothers and their girlfriends were over today for Father's Day and I was talking about my upcoming NKOTB concert and how they are back blah blah. My Dad was floored when he realized it has been 20 years since they first started...I was like remember I was 11 when I first liked them...Time Flies!!!

Anyhoo my Dad said, man it has been 20 years, they must look a lot older! And I said, actually not really...so then I say to him, I have their recent video on my DVR wanna watch? So he says Yes. Everyone else is in the dining room, which is right next to the living room. So I start the video and my younger brother goes "No way..cool...Joey!! (when he sees Joey coming up on the boat, haha), and sits down to watch it. He was like "This is too weird!! (as in seeing them together again). and then both the girlfriends came in to watch too! My one brother's girlfriend says "I think I have this taped...I better!". It was just so cool to have everyone in the room watching the video! (well except my other brother and my roommate Matt, Matt has seen and/or heard this song a million times already, hahahahahaha so he just rolls his eyes at me). At the beginning when they are showing all the guys and show their names, my Dad was all excited and said "Oh yeah, I remember them!" And it was funny when Danny came on my brother and Dad were both like "OMG tattoos!!!" and kinda laughed in surprise.

So the video ended and my one brother said "So I heard they were on the Today Show, what did they do?" So I told him and he asked if I still had that on my DVR. Unfortunately I deleted it, or I could have played that for everyone.

I just wanted to share the experience, I thought it was cool.

My man Jordan - he gets two cuz I love him best! hee hee! (1) at the beginning when he sings "But you know that I did cuz I couldn't stop thinking about you", I love when he sings the last "you", his face is sooooooo cute, I want to bite those lips!! (2) at the end when he sings "My Summertime" and does that wavy thing with his hands and has that to die for smile

Donnie - when they are in the white suits dancing, (on VH1 around "-.30 secs") when he sings "it's been a few years and I can't deny.." the dance moves he does right there, he looks so HOT!!! I just love it!!

Joey - When they show them with the girls and they show Joey (if you are watching on VH1 when the time shows "-1.16") and he is against the wall with that girl...and he rubs his hands up her arms...so sexy! It is really quick, but I love it!

Jon - him in the car at the beginning, looking at his phone ...so hot!

Danny - the first chorus when they show him and he is singing "it's been a few years and I can't deny" and you see him without his shirt and all those tattoos....YUM!

I LOVE the video BUT we know how it works...It just debuted and the votes are counted on Wednesday any votes after that, get spilled into the next weeks pool of votes...SOO we just need to keep voting, they will be at number 1 next week..
I have also recently heard that voting is also determined by the amount of views the video recieves on vh1.com as well as message board posts. Not sure if that is new.

Yeah I love Bret's video, it needs more of Bret and the guys and less of the ROL gals. I did get to meet the drummer when I went to the concert last weekend, he was a sweetie, and the other guys I just seen walking around and they all seemed pretty cool. Bret I think was in his bus and he never did come out, how sad! Poison is coming to Detroit the SAME night as our Daughtry show in Indiana!! So no after party for me then either...talk about bad timing! The after party is like 5 minutes from my house. But I need to be in Indy with my gals and our guys!

Lisa - OMG you are going to Detroit??? How awesome will that be! I will keep my fingers crossed there are VIPs left!! I think by Detroit, you and Donnie will be on a first name basis, haha! I am so happy you found a job, that is so exciting and probably is a relief too!!

I LOVE brets video minus the stupid ROL girls, I LOVE his solo band and actualy been a big fan since WAY before ROL. SONGS of Life is an amazing CD!!
His band is sooo nice! Met them a few years ago and a few time ssince.

Yeah I saw that last night when I was reading through the NKOTB forums, that it was within the first 15 rows; I said to myself, uh oh Lisa is going to be mad!!! hee hee! Did you get them right away when they went on sale or have these been on sale for awhile??

So much drama on their site about the 5 star VIPs...hee hee everyone is stressing about meeting the guys and getting pictures and being able to bring cameras to the show...
