The show on the 5th was great, seemed like the Daughtry set was way to short though. They need to headline a show to give everyone their fix. My wife and I went more for them, than Bon Jovi, but Bon Jovi really rocked the place too. We were up in section C, so not real close. It was a fun time either way.

remember the set list for this concert?? I was in amazement of the show and I can't remember...

"Daughtry, a younger rock band fronted by American Idol" finalist Chris Daughtry, gave an opening performance that, judging by the audience approval, could have stood alone as its own concert"!!!!!!

Not a surprise at all. Great job Daughtry!!!

I SOOOO would have driven with you from Buffalo next week for the shows, I wish I had known earlier!
My friend backed out on me, so now I am not going at all because I didnt want to go all alone!! I even had an extra BJ fanclub ticket for tomorrow!!
I am absolutely PARANOID to drive from here to there in the winter, but I would have flown to my parents in Buffalo than we could have driven together!! Oh well next time we need to plan that

Oh yeah, that was us ! I was so tired by the time Bon Jovi came on ! I wont be there on the 15th, we drove in from Buffalo, cuz I needed a Chris fix ! LOL
My next show is Vegas on April 12th, which is gonna be off the hook !
(Unless I find someone to drive to Toronto with me next week...he he No seriously....anybody ?? LOL

A plea to all Pittsburgh-area Daughtry fans: I am a huge Daughtry fan and a huge Pittsburgh Penguin fan. My two passions in life!! Fifty-two Pittsburgh-area Pizza Huts are giving away Pittsburgh Penguin window clings and I just have to have one. I live in California and have no way of getting one, so I am putting out this plea ‘cause I know how wonderful Daughtry fans are.

Could someone get me one (two or three) of those window clings and mail it to me? I am trying to keep the cup dream alive out here in the west.

I tried to put together a trip to Pittsburgh to see Daughtry at the Mellon Arena and catch a home game, but as you may know Pittsburgh home games have been sold out since last October, so I just decided to catch as many Daughtry shows as possible here on the West Coast.

Thanks to all who read this and have a wonderful time at the concert on March 15. I will be there is spirit. You can email me at Ratzone1@aol.com. I will gladly reimburse for all expenses.

Alright. So, the show was amazing, kickass all the way. Except of course, wish it could've been longer, and i seriously missed Crashed!

Anyway- crunch time!
The VIP experience was amazing, got to stand on the stage platform, and had a good view for what i was there for. lol. Ohhhh they played Paradise City and I could've died, it was incredible! Joey wasn't feeling well but you damn sure could've fooled me- he wasn't cutting back on those drums at all! Steely was killing it on guitar, and JP was, as usual, bouncing around waiting for the faster parts to come up so he could move even more, hahha gotta love him! Couldn't see Brian much from my side other than when he got up and jumped off Joey's drum stage thing. Chris was awesome too, working the crowd as usual.

ALRIGHT gotta say- I can definitely see why they do the camera thing during Home. It's pretty amazing! I usually always do the flash thing with them, but I had the perfect view to just turn around and for once see why they always do it, and it's totally understandable!

The performance was unbelievable, again. After their set, we went backstage to see the guys. Once they came out, we stood around and talked for a few. It was so nice to get to talk to them again, seemed like I was just talking to people I see everyday, one of the many reasons people should love this band.

We eventually went back out for Bon Jovi's set, which was sweet again. Wish DAUGHTRY could get up and play for 2.5 hours! lol. karaoke would be fine with me, I think i have some requests

I can't thank RCA & the guys enough for this experience, it was amazing!

This was sooo awesome. The only thing that would have made it better would have been to meet you and the band. It was an awesome concert. You rocked it... Don't sell yourself short about drawing people to the concert.. You seemed to keep giving props to Bon Jovi ( I was there to see you) I even got a shirt after(would have kicked myself if I didn't) I had been depressed for like a month before coming to see you and you made it all better in one night.. THANKS!!!

I had such a blast! We left Tuesday night and drove threw an ice storm and didnt get to the place we were staying until 11:30 pm. Got to the concert Wed night a little early and as we drove into Pitts, I was amazed at it's beauty of the scenery of the city. We had a few drinks and found our seats. They were on the floor and were not that bad but no way close enough for me.. We kind of smoozed with a security guard and we asked if we could move just for Daughtry in an empty seat and go right back. He helped us out. So we ended up front row of section 6..and my boyfriend smoozed another security guard and he left us go to 6th row. I was soooo happy! Chris sounded AMAZING and looked great. As I was screaming and having an awesome time I turned around and couldn't believe that there were people sitting down all around me. I couldnt believe that they didn't seem the least bit interested. I had a great time , screamed my head off..just a little disappointed that the show was soo short. It left my longing for more. I was sad that they didn't sing Blaze..I was so looking forward to it. Bon Jovi was great and I realIy enjoyed myself while they played. I was sooo stressed about being able to get pictures of the guys while they were on and trying to get camera settings right. I got a few good shots which i will try and post tomorrow.

Lisa G.. I heard Jon when he said about your Ohio sign and knew it had to be you...Your pictures are so awesome. I only wish mine could of been that good.

Hey ms2323..it was great to meet you. Too bad we didn't get to see the guys...have a blast at your next show..let me know how it goes.

This was one of the best night's Ive had and I am so glad that we drove the 7 1/2 hrs to go....

I really do appreciate the advice. I went ahead and picked up a spare battery and called Panasonic, but yeah it turns out the max size compatible memory card is 2 GB so I just got 2 of those to total 4 GB's. Do you think that will be enough for 2 shows worth of pics plus a couple of videos? About how many pics does 1 GB store at highest quality resolution? Also, which picture mode do you use to get your pics so amazingly clear? Is there a special concert mode or something?
I can't wait til' the camera gets here so that I can start playing around w/ it. I have to admit that I only bought this model camera because I was so impressed w/ the quality of your pics, lol. I'm hoping to get some really good pics myself in Ft. Lauderdale from the 4th row. I'll be at the show in Tampa too, but our seats are not as good there, in section 103. Well, thanks again for all of your input.

12 shows and counting...

Had a grat time at the show last night. We were east igloo 2 row k, Had a few people standing around us so was not too bad could have been better. But we had some deadbeats that sat for BJ too. Anyway my pics are not front row center (you lucky people) but they are ok. Will try to link them up over the weekend. I will have better seats in 10 days.. Can't wait and now the Clearfield fair I am sooo there..........Thanks for sharing all your great pics they are terrific....And Chris looks even better in person so does Bryan he is sooo cute....
And yeah DAMN 60 minutes.....

I had to read all your reviews before I posted ! I just wanted to re-live it a little more, from different angles !! LOL What else can I add, besides HOW FRIGGIN HOT HOT HOT HOT HOT ARE OUR DAUGHTRY BOYS ?? HOLLA !!! We were totally representing in our section, just to the right of the stage, but not as good as Lisa's..he he I was sooo tired by the time Chris was done, I had no energy left for Jovi ... Chris looked AMAZING (I thought his jeans looked brown from where I was??) Black or Brown who cares they couldnt have looked any better on !!! Oh man, and Joey ?? DAMN !! It was really nice to see Chris work the whole stage too...the megaphone is a fav of mine, sooo glad he's still using it !!
I could of cried when Chris didnt come out for Blaze ! I had my hopes up that I would see Chris one more time before the nite was over....Damn 60 minutes !!!

Anyways, I'm rambling...We didnt get to meet any of the guys, god knows we tried ! We hung out for about an hour and a half by Chris's bus...But sadly no Chris ! I love reading these!! My heart starts racing just thinking of the concerts all over again! So happy you got to go in front row! Yeah, the security guy was nice at my show too in Chicago and let me hang out in 4th row for Daughtry, then I moved to my regular seat for Jovi.

I think you should probably call Panasonic customer service and ask about the 4gb cards. I have heard that the 8gbs do not work in the panasonics, but not sure about the 4gbs! Sorry. I just have a bunch of 1gbs I take with me!
I do recommend a backup battery!!You will enjoy the camera, it takes time, you will get used to it, just need a steady hand. I use the highresolution setting with no flash and find I get the best pics.
Let me know if you have questions once you get the camera!!
