I am a fan (and you should be too), because...simply put, the music MOVES me. It's been a long time since I've heard a band who's songs "fit" me. Actually, it's been over 20 years since I've discovered a band that I like as much as Daughtry (I'm a huge Bon Jovi fan for 20 years!) So, not only did I enjoy Chris' performances on Idol, when he sang Bon Jovi, WOW! I was so hoping after Idol that the CD would suit my musical tastes, and not only did it suit me, it BLEW ME AWAY! I picked up the CD the day it came out and listened to it for the first time while waiting in the car line at my son's school to pick him up from Kindergarten (BTW He's a fan too!) Picture this - Mom in front of the Elementary school with Daughtry blasting from the car!!!! A good role model, wouldn't you say? LOL Daughtry's music is great because it transcends all ages, young, old and in-between....Can't wait until I get to see a live show. Cheers!
