I am a fan (and you should be too), because...Chris is the complete package - he not only has the look and the attitude, but he has the music to back it all up! I'm a harder rock girl at heart which is why I loved him being on AI. Where Bo started it with bringing in the not "typical" top 40 pop songs, Chris kicked the door down by singing Shinedown & Fuel for an audience who may not have known who those groups are. As they always say, it comes down to song choice. It may have hindered him going on further on AI, but I believe it was a blessing - he got to make the record he wanted - a good solid rock album ranging from the beautiful lyrics of "Home", the feel strong again "Over You", to that turn up my volume as loud as possible banger "What I Want". Slash and Chris - I can only imagine what a cool recording session that was! I also love "There & Back Again" - it's that hard rock girl in me I can't resist. I think he did a great job mixing the songs, heartwrenching to balls out - great record track-to-track!!! All I can say is you are a true RockStar - just don't let the game change you - you have it all!
