Anyone catch the soundstage show on PBS tonight? Just happened to be flipping through the guide, and saw that Daughtry's soundstage performasnce was coming on at 9pm. Such luck! Tuned in and loved it. Makes me want to go to another show! Oh well, have to wait until the next tour I guess. Hope everyone has a good weekend!

I'm afraid it will be quite awhile til the guys come back out west. Unless they're doing their recording in LA!!!

its hard knowing that i'll be at prom with different people and stuff. but the good thing is that im taking PE in the summer and they said it doesnt matter which high school i take it at, as long as its in the district so its possible i can see some of them during summer school

and i gotta add that im so glad for daughtry. right after i turned in my transfer papers, we were driving home and It's Not Over came on the radio, so that helped a bit

Gosh, I know it's got to be so hard to go to a different high school than your friends. I could only imagine how you must feel right now. Even though I was your age many, many years ago, I still remember how important friends are and how hard it is to be at a different school than them. I'm sure your mom is only doing what is best for you and your future. I know if it meant a better education and future for my child, I would do the same as your mom. Trust me, your mom only has your best interest at heart, even though you may not see it right now. Like Tash said, you will make new friends to add to the ones you already have. You will probably meet others just like you who are leaving their friends and nearby school to go to this high school. We're here for you - go ahead and rant anytime!!

i'm sooorry . i'm sure it sucks of course....but...seriously, you've got 4 years of high school to make new friends. i know you probably don't wanna hear that and don't want to...but trust me. once you make all these new ones, you'll be okay with it. and you can always hang out with the others outside of school. you're just gonna make more and more friends and there's nothing wrong with that. LOL

my moms making me to go to this other high school like 20 min away instead of this one 5 minutes away where all my friends are. theres no way she will change her mind cuz i already signed the transfer paper and was crying while i did. the 20 min away school has the International Baccalaureate program or whatever which can help you get a whole year off college and is better than AP classes. its not a bad program, but im still really really sad that i have to be away from all my friends when we had already made plans for our classes and clubs. i know a gazillion other kids go through the same thing, and its life, but that doesnt make me feel any better. this sucks.

Thought I would pop in and say "hi" to the west coast girls!! I don't get on here as often as I used to. I've been so busy with my kids - my son plays baseball and my daughter plays softball and is in dance. She also starts swim team in 2 weeks!! How am I gonna do it??? I don't know - I just take things one day at a time. I got home at 10:00pm last night from my son's game - it was sooooo cold and windy. But, I see 80's in the forecast - yeah!! Crystal - hang in there. The end of the school year is in sight!! Just remember, someday you will look back and wish you were still in school - no, really, trust me, you will Talk to you all later

anyway...i just got home from a casino that's literally in the middle of nowhere. and yeah...i don't know how people can get addicted to gambling. my whole family loves it...but i seriously cannot stand it. i'm not cheap with my money or anything..i give it out to people left and right...but when it comes to gambling, im like...maaan...you know how many things i couldve bought with that?! loool. and on our way over there...there were these houses that were seriously in the middle of nowhere. so i took a picture of one....

I'd be so scared to live out there. i dunno how people do it. their mailbox was way out on the side of the street. LOL i can imagine the family in there asking someone to go check the mail..."ok honey! ill be back in about...a half hour!" lool
