Really exciting today! Got a package from The Edge - the station I e-mailed and spoke on last week!
Including ones by 'Lifehouse' (the very one Chris recommended in his blog, and I'd been thinking of buying),
'Thirty Seconds to Mars' and 'Plain White T's'.
It contained 5 C CDs!
Talking about Chris and having 'Over You' played for me was good - never expected a bonus for it too!
Well, they did say they'd send me something after I spoke and I also said I'd put a link to the site on here, but never expected so much!
'Over You' still not put back on their voting list though.
Must e-mail again!
Not so happy today! Noticed that the station I put a link to, so you can vote for Over You in their Top 20, has removed it!
Have e-mailed them asking them to put it back and also said they need to keep playing it , and that it can't get to number One like the first 2 songs if it's not on the list so people can vote for it!
But did also send in another request for it to be played - and it just was.
Voted!!
Daughtry are way behind though, so come on guys!!!

I was just on the radio!
Sent a message to The Edge (link below) asking to hear 'Over You' and got a phone call back and was on the air talking about Chris and that he's my favourite singer, with the announcer saying how good he was on AI and how nice and supportive his wife was in it, etc. With me agreeing of course!
Then they played it just for me.
Shows it really is worth requesting, and it may just get played for you too!

Couple of radio stations here in NZ playing 'Over You'.
At this one you can vote to get get your song into the nightly Top Twenty playlist, can also request to get it played by sending a message to the studio:

But you have to join up to log-in. 'It's not over' and 'Home both spent heaps of nights at Number One there. 'Over You' not appeared yet, in spite of all my daily voting.
