the whole 2 min airtime deal with NO interview or acknowledgment ... was pretty much BULL. But i LOOOVEED watching what i could. I would have loved to be there in person but i get just as much into it when i see them on my television. haha.

But what is with no interviews! Not only no interviews, but Regis and Kelly did not even talk to them!!! Regis was too busy talking about litterally NOTHING and then screwed up and then off the air!!! What happened to the part when the hosts of the show goes and at least says "good job"! It was like Regis didn't even acknowledge that they were even there!! Terrible!!! I love the guy, but it is about time for him to turn over his duties to someone else! If he would have quit talking, I am pretty sure that Kelly would have at least said "Hi" to them!
The show was terrible, but the performance was great!! I guess in the scheme of things, that is what matters the most! : ) We all just want to see/hear them as long as possible! We can never get enough!!!

However, I agree - I got to watch a video of it and they didn't even get to do the whole freakin' song! Helloooo...and it was such a fantastic performance too! I knew on Letterman they wouldn't get much air time because that's usually how Letterman handles bands...they usually perform the last couple minutes of the show and they never get interviewed. Did he even get interviewed on Regis and Kelly?? I didn't get to see.

It seems like of all the talk shows (not including news shows like the Early Show) I think Ellen's the only one who actually gives them the time they deserve....not only does she let them perform full songs (and the last time they were able to do part of a second song!) but she interviews Chris too....Ellen gets a Triple Platinum Star for DAUGHTRY love in my book!!!

And since I missed it, what did Regis mess up????

Okay - not the guys fault - but only about 2 minutes of air-time per show. What's the deal? Not fair! Both Dave and Regis & Kelly both hogged up air-time and Daughtry was like left as an afterthought. Hello! They don't deserve to be treated like that! I'd be ticked. They have such a busy schedule as it is - they make time to do these appearances and for what? To be regarded as filler til the show runs out of time? Don't get me wrong - they were awesome as usual on both shows but to have to cut the song short and no interview time it's just wrong. I sure hope the Early Show on CBS tomorrow does them justice and gives them their time to shine. Rock on guys! Your fans love ya and we're supporting ya along the way. What a ride it's been!
P.S. Where is that video for "Over You"? Can't wait to see that!

The Regis and Kelly show don't come on here no more, looks like Martha Stewart comes on that channel now! I was going to set my vcr to record it and couldn't find it so bummed out I missed it dangggggggggg I will have to set the vcr to record the early show in the morning though! It does come on! Carol

Yeah Daughtry was amazing on Regis and Kelly today. I had to tape it since I had to work but it was worth it to be able to come home and watch it after a long boring day at work. All the vocals were fantastic and it was nice to hear "Over You". Daughtry never leaves me disappointed...oh and I loved the guitar Chris was playing...the colors and stuff. I love that they're on TV a lot this week!!!!!

Okay whats the deal? Letterman last nite... they made you wait til like the last 5 seconds to sing it was sad.. but good! Joey didnt look like Joey and Brian didnt look like Brian.. it was weird! But anyway you guys did good but it was sad you had to cut 'Over You' short this morning.

Sounded like one of the guitars messed up but still sounded great ! Love u guys<3

Daughtry rocked R and K today...I just wish they had been on longer and maybe had some interview time..BUT ...at least I got to see and hear them again!! They sounded great..glad to hear JP and Joey on vocals too. They just keep on getting better and better!!!

I loved the fact that they started slow with just Chris playing the guitar and singing and then later brought in the entire band to rock it. Loved Joey's and JP's vocals on the chorus.

When I woke up and turned on the TV I knew this was going to be a great day when Daughtry was performing!!! Loved it!!!!

I love seeing the guys perform any chance I get and at any location.
I really do wish that the guys had some more 'face time' though. They are so funny, why not interview them?

Great performance! Loved the setting because we could really hear the vocals over the instruments, especially Josh Paul's soft voice.......wow.......I'm so glad I recorded it......Joey was really hammering it out this morning....Brian and Steely were cool rocking on those guitars....and Chris, well, he never fails to bring it home.....he was beautiful, tough but sensitive, and perfect on the vocals....what a voice.....wow guys......I love you guys more and more each time you open your mouths...so proud to be your Fan!

Oh, and loved the look Chris gave Regis when Regis was talking about being on Letterman and that Daughtry was going to play.......then Regis quickly realized his error and that Daughtry had already appeared.....so funny! LOL

I know some people who got into regis and kelly when they stood outside the studio from the the wee hours of the morning. I would def try it if i could, but kids are back in school so will not be able to make. I am so sad that they will be in the city for 2 days - have nobody to take care of my kids, oh well, have to watch on tv. I cannot wait to see them again! good luck to anyone trying to get in.

It seemed like Chris had to hold back that powerful voice a little for the show...i was totally impressed as usual!!! I cant WAIT to see a LIVE show!!! You guys blow me away!!! I'm always left wondering what inspires such passion and power behind that incredible voice......
