Hi... For those of you who couldn't tune in, just wanted to let you know that the interview overall was great! Many people called in and asked some really great questions and good answers came out.
In review/reflection, one of the questions that was asked was, "Which song will be released as the next single"? Chris's response was to look at the polls here on DO and it would give a good indication, however he couldn't say. I honestly think if you look at the polls, it is a good indication and truthfully, the polls are saying "Over You". I think that would be a good idea, since Kelly Clarkson is now up and running with her new release with a bunch of break up songs on it. I honestly think rolling that one out now as a single would be in Daughtry's best interest in order to stay on top of the charts.
Having said that... Joey was his usual self... playful but sniffling in the background... Chris was informative and talkative and very in tune with the listeners, answering questions to the best of his ability. I did get through and did ask a question. The question I asked was, How does the traveling and being on tour affect your homelife... what affect does it take when you get home? I honestly wanted to add that the song "Home" had made a signifigant impression on me, since I have been away from home a lot lately. I wanted to know whether or not they just sat in the driveway for a minute to "check" and be sure they weren't dreaming and they were in fact sitting in their own driveways. Chris answered the question mostly but the truth is, he was honest in his response and very laid back and talkative.
It was also nice to hear JP in the background... (MISS YOU JP!) Josh Steely wasn't there, suspect since he was so close to home himself, he decided to spend some time with the fam... Can't say I blame him!
On another note: the DJ was great! Very sensitive to the listeners as well as Daughtry and this man was actually respectful...
It was a great interview!

However......... I truly believe full heartedly that Daughtry should release "Over You" as the next single to hold off the competition...

I went to rockline.com to listen to the interview. I went to the player and daughtry was their today but it was only 2 minutes long, will they put the whole thing on or did I do something wrong???

I was able to hear the Rockline interview live last night. It was worth staying up until 1 a.m. I am so impressed once again with Daughtry. They are such wonderful guys!!! I was not able to get through to ask them a question, but I had a great time listening to them. The guys were really funny and they got asked some good questions. I love hearing the funny and serious sides to all the guys. This was a wonderful experience and I hope that we fans will be able to experience this again with Daughtry. I love hearing their interviews and really getting to know them better. I just wish that I could spend one day with them--that would be a dream come true (as many of us would love that). It is wonderful how these guys are everyday people like you and me. They are truly devoted to what they do and to their fans. They come from working families and I know they know what it is like to be one of us (in the real world). It is also so great to hear others (including myself) who have been touched by the band members in some way. Hats off to Brady for letting them know just how special they are to people around the world and understanding how much of an impact they've made on people's lives. They have touched my heart in many ways, and I hope they realize they have many people supporting them, encouraging their music, and loving each and every minute of the DAUGHTRY life!

I am touched by your charm, style, lyrics, voice, (of course your looks), but most importantly your personality. I love how you are an everyday person just like me. You understand what it is like to have and support a family, home, job etc... I love that you do everything for your family and care so deeply about them. You are what every woman wants--a great husband and father. Good luck with everything you do and I will be with you every step of the way. By the way...still waiting on my VIP--maybe one day I will have the opportunity to tell you in person and get my picture that I have always wanted!

...I've spent in a long time! Great Dj, good questions, great answers, humor (you are all hysterical), great send-off from Chris to Deanna....loved every minute of it! Although you have absolutely no idea who I am, I'll be seeing you twice in July and cannot wait for more of Daughtry in concert.

I loved listening to this interview! It was GREAT to hear the guys laugh! I ALMOST got to ask the guys my question! I tried and tried and tried to get through on Rockline! It finally started ringing instead of giving a busy tone!!! OMG I started shaking and became VERY nervous!!!!! The guy that answered asked me my name and who I was calling for! I said uhhh-DAUGHTRY!! Who else!!!! He then asked me my question, location, age, station I was listening to and phone number.. Then he told me that he was gonna put me on hold. OMG!!!!!!! I could hear the guys talking through my phone!!! Joey is hilarious!
I waited for 30 minutes and realized the show was ending!! NOOOOOOOO!!!!!! I wasn't about to just go ahead and hang up so I held on a minute.The same guy came back on and said, "Thanks for calling. Try again next week!" No DAUGHTRY-NO NEXT WEEK!!! I really wanted to ask my question BUT at least I got to hear them over the phone! I'm sooo glad to hear that Josh Paul will be returning soon!!! Josh S. we missed ya!

That is really cool, I love listening to Daughtry even if it is going to be on the radio, and plus we get to ask questions, that's the best part!! The radio sation that it comes on for me is 94.3 The X and it doesn't come in too good but for Daughtry I will break my arm to listen to it!!!!! I'll do ANYTHING for Daughtry!!!!!!!!!!
