I just wanted to add something here. I have an older brother who lives in NC in Burlington, not to far from where Chris lives, not far at all,in fact my sister n law works in that town where Chris is from, anyway My brother is in the army and thats his full time job and is currently living in MO. and he drives back to NC about every other weekend to see his family. My brother who has always picked on me about the people who I like weather it be a band, a singer, a race car driver, ex boyfriends, friends etc etc, just to see how well I defend them and I always do.lol.you know the older brother thing.He Called me last night on his way back home to NC and said He has been wanting to call me to tell me that he meet someone, but he has been so busy with work( army) so when i answering the phone he said Yea so I meet your guy. I asked My guy?
Brother: yes Mr. Chris Daughtry.
me:laughing No you did not. (cuz he likes to play pranks on me)
brother: yes I did I was at the casino that I always go to playing black jack and they roped off the tables and looked up and I'll be Damned there sit Chris Daughtry at the table across from me.
me: your sh* ting me, no way
Brother: I swear to you, I told the one body guard hey Im From Burlington and the guy went over to Chris and told him and Chris got up from the table and walked over to me and he shaked my hand and said "hey thats closed to my home" and talked for a little bit and he walked back to his table and started playing cards again.
My brother thought that Chris had alot of class coming over and talking to him.( that coming from a high ranked man in the army) He said you know he didnt have to come over to me, sh*t he was playing cards, he didnt have to do anything.
Me: I know thats just how he is, just a great guy all around.
so my brother said you know what after that I won fourteen hundred dollars that night. lol I laughed and said yep anything that man does it turns into gold. ha ha ha we just laughed at that one.
My brother now will never joke around with me about me liking Daughtry just to see how well I defend them heck he will prob. be right there with me.lol. too funny. just thought I would share that. lol. Im still laughing about it. I can just see that happening,Chris walking over to my brother. geesh I wished I could've been there.Oh well Im glad Chris got to meet my brother he is one of my biggest hero's beside my mom. He was in Iraq fighting for all of us for 19 months and now we both have a Chris Daughtry incounter lol that we will both remember for a long time.lol.
Like my brother said it best Chris has alot of class.
