I am a fan (and you should be too), because...Daughtry brings a new and wonderful sound to the 2lst Century. From the beginning Chris was meant for stardom. His beautiful voice enlivens the crowd and makes you feel like you are part of the song. I have listened to his CD more times then I can count and the music never gets old. His motivation, emotion, and sincerity are present in every song through the unique lyrics. "I'm going home, back to the place where I belong, and where your love has always been enough for me." I connect with these lyrics each time I listen to "Home." I love that it has such a down-to-earth feel to it. Daughtry inspires me to to pursue my biggest goals and to become confident with who I am. I recently auditioned for my school's "Falcon Idol" in Hendersonville, NC, and it gave me a very satisfying feeling to be able to break out of the quiet facade that many people see as my personality. Daughtry has inspired me through their humble roots and amazing chemistry to not sit back and wait while an opportunity passes you by. I must pursue "what I want" and eventually I will get "what I need."
