I thought at the AI auditions you were great,what really hooked me was your wifes comments,(shes special treat her good) Voted for you every week three times. ( we have 3 different phone lines,so I knew they'd all count) I really wanted to see you go all the way, and knew that night you got sent out no one had heard the last of you.Just as I knew I'd be the first one in the store to buy your cd. It's really awsome, great job guys. Every song, and I don't never like every song on a cd. I'm now waiting to hear when you guys will be in Michigan,love to see the concert. First of all, congratulations to all of you for your newfound success. I think I was the first one in line at our Wal Mart to get the new album. It is such a breath of fresh air. I absolutely love it. I listen to it everyday, and unlike alot of my other albums, it never gets old!

To Chris: Dude, you may never know how much watching you on AI has brought me and my family together. I have never watched more than a couple episodes of that show before season 5 started. My whole family were instant fans of yours from the beginning. On Tuesday's, nothing else mattered to us. We HAD to watch, just to see how you were doing. My wife, two sons, and my sisters and brother are all very big fans. As far as me, I am your biggest fan in the world because of your music, your family beliefs, and for bring my family together to watch. I'm proud of you bro and thankful you came along. My whole family is proud of you, and we will be fans forever. Thanks and we'll see you soon hopefully.

I have been a fan of you Chris since the First time i heard him on American Idol and i was Devistated when he got voted off. I mean Hello, he is fine as hell and his voice is beautiful. I am so glad that he already has an album out and you never even here of whoever one American Idol that year. If you ever get a chance then come to the big town of Dallas. We Love you here!!

Would love to see Chris do a cover for the Brian Adam's song "Have you ever really loved a women" from the Idol competition. He did such an amazing job of it!

I have to agree that as much as I hated it when Chris was "voted off" it was the best thing for him. I hated to see him leave, but then I wasn't glued to the tv 2 nights in a row anymore. lol. But if he had won then they would have tried to change him. This way he stayed true to himself. I listen to country but I loved Chris from the beginning and definitely went out and bought his cd!! Now I am trying to wait patiently and hopefully he will be coming to the Detroit area on his tour.

By the way... I LOVED seeing you on New Years Eve. What an awesome start you are getting!!!!!

From the moment Chris appeared on the auditions there was something special. Was not shocked that you were "booted" off even though I called 25 times to vote for you the night before. But there is something that God is going to do with you, and you have acknowledged that Jesus is your Lord and Savior. Do good with the talent he has given you and don't take for granted that He gave you the gift. You and your band will be blessed - your family too. Put God first. Take some time and listen to Him. I love your voice and want to see you be the greatest. I just bought your CD. I am 47 years old. Your CD was great for a first try. Here it is BUT the songs all sound the same. You need a different theme besides the broken heart or relationship. You have many sides use them. Good Luck you were great on New Years. Rock on!

A year ago, right after Christmas, my husband left us.....he not only left me but my 2 kids as well. As you might imagine it was a very difficult time. In January we bonded (my kids and I) every week during American Idol; all snuggled up in the bed. It was at this time, my daughter Jenna (age 6) got attached to you and your success on the show. We watched religiously every week making sure you continued on. I don't know if it's because you have similar features of her father or because it was a man (who was also a dad) who she saw every week; no matter what. You were there on TV and yes, she in her sweet heart, felt you were singing to her personally. Well, the love affair began: a type of distant uncle in a sense; someone she believed in; who was being a good dad to two daughers. Anyway, the night you were "voted off" was quite traumatic...lots of crying, outrage and a type of lose. I promised her you were going to make an album and we would buy it and you would be more successful than any American Idol winner. This sort of helped. Well, Santa in his infinate wisdom and knowledge of knowing what a good girl needed, brought her your CD. It was her favorite present. The mini poster is hanging on her wall and she hasn't stop listening to it. She has even recruited her friends into her personal Chris Daughtry fan club. I just wanted to say Thank you....as strange as it seems for being there for my daughter. This year has been hard on her but, you have brought her a lot of happiness. Thank you.....a loving mother.

Our family have been fans since we saw your first performance on American Idol and you are the main reason we saw the IDOLs show in Richmond , Va this summer. Yea, I heard that Daughtry is going on tour soon, and I am hoping that you guys perform in Dallas. I love the music and the lyrics. Y'alls music is so beautifully put togather, and the simple but powerful lyrics always makes me feel sooo good! You definetly know how to be a band!! But my mom, who grew up on true rock music...loves Daughtry just as much as I do, and lemme tell you, we are hoping sooo much for that tour.. I have been waiting to see when you would come out with your first album after Idol. I have never visited any singer's/band's website but I thought you should know your music is killer and I hope your career takes off from this first album. I heard "It's Not Over" for the first time yesterday on my XM and it's about time. The song was great and I look forward to hearing the rest of the album. I will be watching FOX tonight because you will be singing. My wife can't wait either just so she can drool. I can't wait to see what kind of music you bring out in the future. Make sure you come to San Diego, say Coors Ampitheatre, rock the city.

I met your cousin, Ryan, at a family gathering for Christmas. He is dating my niece. When my niece started talking about Daughtry, and how Ryan was your cousin, I couldn't believe it! I told him to let you know that Daughtry's best fans live in the Northwest We can't wait to see you in concert - hoping you'll make it to Portland! We are all addicted to the CD - can't stop listening to it!! On Christmas, my sister gave Ryan a Daughtry CD for a present - it was funny. Am getting ready to watch you all on the FOX New Year's special!
