I am a fan (and you should be too), because... Daughtry is simply amazing. I was a fan of Chris when he was on idol, he never ceased to amaze me. When he was voted off I was shocked, angry and cried for a couple days, I didn't think he should have been voted off. About a month before the cd came out a friend posted a bulletin on myspace that had a preview of the first 4 songs. Right after I listened to them I was anxiously waiting for the cd. I bought the cd the first day it came out as soon as Best Buy opened and was even more impressed. I loved the fact that almost every song was written or co-written by Daughtry. Also that they thanked their fans in their thank you section, it shows they know who got them to where they are and they are staying grounded. Daughtry hasn't left my cd player. I can listen to the whole cd many times and it doesn't get old, that is very rare for me. I used to have favorite songs now I cant choose anymore. Daughtry is truly talented. When you listen to their cd you can feel the energy they put into each song, and every song is completely different. I have been to 2 shows now and it's even better live. I've also had the privledge of meeting all but one of the band, couldn't see Steely he wasn't at our concert but I love them all and like I expected they are so down to earth and I hope they stay that way.
