It was a lot of fun - just amazing to see them live. They're so nice. I about passed out when I walked in the door. Just the star shock... :0) I would have taken pictures but they said they'd confiscate our cameras if we took them in, but wow, all these ladies had them and ruined my view... bleh. I'll post what I took in the afternoon! Thanks for the well wishes guys/gals!

I got a myspace.com message, because that's how I applied, was through myspace, and the title for the email was "VIPER ROOM!!!" - when I saw that - I screamed. I thought that maybe it was a "thanks for applying but we picked Joe" - but it wasn't. I screamed so loud I woke up some neighbors. I'm trying to figure out what to wear, how to have myself put together, etc. ACK! It's nuts! I am excited though!! I feel so lucky right now and hope the lucky wagon doesn't stop before I get there tonight. The weather is supposed to be sucky in LA tonight! Rain.... bleh

I was just completely honest with what I said. It wasn't "OMG you're so hot, I'd love to see you live." or "Please pick me for my sob story..." or anything like that. It was just explaining how the music has changed my life. My favorite songs "What About Now" and "It's not over" are totally relationship based, about second chances. I am the one who gives the second chances but felt like nobody in any music, ever hit the nail on the head with what I was feeling. I have their music in my car, in my iPod, on my computer at home. It's like 24/7 therapy for just 14.99 for a CD. Really. But honestly, I don't remember what I wrote. It was a submission through myspace.com messages and my husband didn't save it. I just know the general idea of what it said. Though I have the email of the VIPER room invite printed and ready to go!

I'm so ready to meet the people who are so good at explaining emotion through music and lyrics.

I don't really remeber the full extent of what I wrote. I just know I poured my heart into what I said, because it was the honest to God truth. Something along the lines of what I wrote on my page about why I am a Daughtry fan.... This music isn't just for the rocker fan, it's for the person in a relationship, who needs help forgiving. There is a message and a meaning in their music. If you listen to it, the powerful lyrics, it can change your life. I believe it!

I want to thank you for your music. I have been torn between my wife and another woman that I am totaly in love with and Just listening to your music has made me really think things through. I sure hate myself for being this way. This is life though and we all have problems one time or another and music sure can help one out.

The truth is that you guys are so much more than Idol, it was a matter of time. The politeness you
all showed on New Years Eve, the way ya'll embrace the fans like their family, How you write and play music that has meaning without being nasty. Your music is welcome in our home.
Although we would like your tour to come through Columbus GA someday. Our first request would be to please consider a trip overseas to our troops. Some of them didn't vote that night either....They were busy keeping us safe!
You all have a bright future ahead, the tour, Viper Room etc. is just starting and we wish you all the best. Yea, we'll get to see you guys and it will be worth the wait.

In order to get close seats for the AI tour, i had purchesed 6 tickets total from ebay. I gave five of them away for free, wishes i could get these tickets.
