I deleted my old post of Why I'm A Fan because my thoughts have changed a little since I posted it the first time. I am sitting here trying to think of the best way to express to everyone why I am indeed a fan. First of all, I want to say that I love all types of music. Over the years I have been a fan of many different bands, singers, etc. I can honestly say that I have never felt so strongly about a band as I do now with Daughtry. I can't put into words how listening to their music makes me feel. I just know that when I listen to the CD I am taken away. I love music that speaks to me and their music does just that. I can rock out out with THERE AND BACK AGAIN, WHAT I WANT, CRASHED and FEELS LIKE TONIGHT. I can close my eyes and just get lost in the moment with IT'S NOT OVER, BREAKDOWN, OVER YOU and WHAT ABOUT NOW. I can cry to ALL THESE LIVES, USED TO, HOME, and GONE. Daughtry makes me feel, and that is what music is meant to do. I tell everyone I know about Daughtry because I want them to experience all the joy that this CD has given me. I know that Daughtry will be around making music for a long time and I personally can't wait to hear what's next from them. I am a fan and you should be too. Get the CD. It's the best gift you can give yourself.
