Most of the hotels/Motels are already booked in advance do to the NYSF I wish I can help ya out but maybe you can get lucky and find some.

Still need to book our hotel room, does anyone have any recommendations? I know I am not going to feel like driving the 2 hours to my parents after the show!!

Okay, I must have been on some other planet this past week. Well, I have been really sick...but I usually get advance notice from Ticketmaster when seats are going to go on sale for concerts, but for whatever reason, didn't for this...the MOST IMPORTANT ONE!!! If anyone has better tix than Grandstand #2, Row JJ, please PM me. I am so bummed....

Daughtry is headlining the show!! So excited!!! Tickets on sale at Ticketmaster. Wish there was a VIP Whatever. I can't wait!!!

At 3 minutes to 10AM this morning, I called the NY State Fair box office regarding wheel chair accessible seating tickets. I was able to buy them today, I'm so very excited. Now I know I'm going for a fact. Just 108 days to go until DAUGHTRY performs at the NY State Fair. I feel so much better now knowing that I got tickets for DAUGHTRY'S NY State Fair show. I had no doubts in my mind that I was not going to be able to buy tickets for DAUGHTRY'S show. What made me mad and upset was that tickets went on sale on Saturday May 10th, but I had to wait until this morning because the NY State Fair box office was not going to be selling wheel chair accessible seating tickets until May 12th which is today, and the man at the NY State Fair box office told me this on Saturday morning at 10AM, when I called on the sale date of DAUGHTRY'S tickets. The main thing is though, is that I got tickets to see DAUGHTRY again in New York State. This time at the New York State Fair. I've attended all of DAUGHTRY'S New York State shows, and was not by all means going to miss out on this one, that's a fact of a true, devoted DAUGHTRY FAN. I got tickets in the first row of the Grandstand, but I don't care, I love DAUGHTRY to a passion, and the fact that I will be attending is an awesome gift in itself. I'm so very excited because DAUGHTRY'S performing, and because their performing at the NY State Fair 20 days after my 25th birthday. Also my brother Charles will be home on leave from theUS Army, and he will be going with my to DAUGHTRY'S show, I invited him, I asked him if he would like to attend with me. I hope to see all of us DAUGHTRY FANS and making some noise and razing hell for our boys.

hi there!! so i havn't really posted much or anything but now that tickets went on sale and yadda yadda i just wanted to say i am so friggen excited about this...and i think my mom is more excited than me haha. just wanted to say hi!

I bought my tix online and I got track E row 4, not too bad. This is the closest I have gotten than any others that I have gone to see at the fair. As long as I am not in the nose bleeds, Im good. Now It just has to get here.

I cant wait for this concert. It has been too long since I have seen Daughtry

Stood in line this morning at the NYS Fair box office. Thought being 26th in line, not bad at least get within 5 rows. Got up to the ticket window. Asked for two tickets. Was told Track D, Row 2.. Words can't describe the feeling I had! Cannot wait to see Daughtry again.

DAUGHTRY...my obsession

I was at work this morning and i had my brother in law trying to get tickets for me and my sisters because i was going to take them for their birthday's...well he first got elevated track seats and then he lost them...then he kept trying and ended up getting grandstands. he kept on trying until he called me at work and asked for my password because he got elevated track seats again and was going to get them. By the time he put it in he lost them because he ran out of time. I ran from where i was to a computer got on logged in and ended up getting Track B row 5..All this at a 11 am. I was pumped. I can't wait to go! only 5 rows away from them!

So I ended up buying 2 pairs of tickets.... the first pair even though I put "best available" it gave me the elevated track .... at 10am on the dot!!! I bought those just in case. Then I went back and got 11th row on the track, yay!

So I see everyone cancelled their orders with ticketmaster... so I call them up. How about they would only let me cancel the second order... the BETTER seats! Um, why would I want to do that??? Idiots, freakin idiots.

Needless to say, I have a pair of tickets for sale. They are still good seats.... dead center. I'd rather sell them face value (plus the charges, obviously) to someone on DO.... PM me if interested. If not, they'll go on ebay next month I guess.

I got on exactly at 10, but had terrible luck trying to get tickets...first I forgot my Ticketmaster password...then the time expired and I had to go back and try all over again...I was literally sweating trying to get tickets this morning!! Anyway, I ended up so happy with track C row 7....yes, 7 is a good number!!! Now I am wishing for my birthday to get here-what a way to celebrate...7 rows away from Daughtry!!!!!

I've been waiting for this for months, now we're finely to the day, but the thing is, I called the NY State Fair box office at 10:02AM, and a man there told me, that they won't be selling accessible wheelchair seating over the phone for DAUGHTRY'S show, until Monday morning. He told me the only way he could sell me accessible wheel chair tickets, is if I drove up to their box office today. I've got Cerebral Palsy but it's just in my legs though. I don't care I would jump out of my chair. I've never let my Cerebral Palsy stop me from attending concerts, pursuing my music career or anything in my life for that matter. I've attended all of DAUGHTRY'S shows in New York State and I'm going to miss this one. I'm not going stop until I get tickets. This will be another long wait, but I think I can get through it. I'm going DAUGHTRY, that's all I've got to say and I'm al bringing my brother, US Army SGT Charles Edward Shanahan

To the girl who asked if camping out is worth it...YES!! We camped out last night, we got there really early and were the first in line. We got Track C, Row 1....front and center!!! Also, they started selling tickets at the box office at 9:30 so we got them a half hour before they went on sale at TM. We spent a total of 16 1/2 hours in line and it was freezing but it was fun and definitely worth it.
