2010 was quite a Daughtry year for me. Lifehouse joined the line up. Always liked their hits but they blew me away live & are now one of my favorite bands. Ive now seen them headline several times. The VIP Bar was eliminated in 2010 so I started paying attention to Cavo & fell in love w their music. Love the music, love the guys. Again, have seen them headline & just adore them. So thanks to Daughtry I found 2 new bands to love. Went to ALOT of shows: Baltimore, Newark, Long Island, Albany, Amherst, Trenton, Hershey Park, Atlantic City, Vegas. I may be leaving some out? VIP for all but Albany. I think there was another Today Show in 2010 as well. My goal was to do the 1st show of the official tour (Baltimore) & the last (Trenton). And a few in between Every show rocks but some had some special moments. Picking up rock stars on the side of the road in Amherst (holla), The pranks in Trenton (whcih was my daughter's bday), celebrating my 40th bday D style w back to back shows in Hershey & AC, etc. Vegas was the 1st show I ever flew to. What an emotional, magical night that was. Every show either introduced me to new Daughtry friends or I became closer to girls I had met. There is a special bond with Daughtry fans that is so unique. Such great friendships have come from a common love of Daughtry & I am so grateful for that. Daughtry for me, is so much more than just the music.
I am honored to have made it into both the 2009 AND 2010 collages! Two very good years for me that took me to many, many Daughtry shows! Now that we have Break The Spell, best album EVER, 2012 might be the best year yet!! Thanks for all the memories guys!! Looking forward to MANY more! Your fan forever!!! All my love!
I saw Daughtry in April of 2010 with my sister. That was the tour that both Cavo and Lifehouse opened up for Daughtry and OMG it was an amazing show. I had such a blast that day regardless of not having any encounters with any of the guys personally. I went to Olive Garden first, than had a drink before the show even started. I found myself totally in love with the guys from Cavo and immediately became a quick fan. I also enjoyed Lifehouse way better than I ever thought I would and could not wait to get both of their music soon enough.
Daughtry themselves were on fire. I loved the effects when the show first started. IT was killer and they delivered in everything they did. One of the best parts of the show is when Jason Wade came and joined Chris on stage for a song. That was out of this world. I wasn't too far from the catwalk and my seats were actually better than I thought.
When the show was over I was lucky enough to meet the guys of Cavo who were very swee themselves. I waited in lin,e bought their cd, got a picture, and had them sign my booklet. The security guards were awesome and took other pics while we waited and the guys were joking around. Daughtry was able to open my eyes to new music that day and allow me to appreciate them even more.
I remember that year was when Joey was let go and it devastated me to the core. That show was the first time I saw Daughtry without him and Robin as his replacement. It was weird at first but I looked past it and gave him a fair shot and must say Robin is pretty incredible and I cannot wait to see him morein the future and find out more about him. He gives it all he has iwth the guys and really completes them so I am glad they were able to find him and keep their music going at their best.
throught the past 5 years I've been al oyal fan and always will. There is something so special and magical about Daughtry that draws me closer and I am just crazy about them. Keep it up and thx for the past 5 years. Even tho I only got to see them 4 times, it was the best times of my life and I thank them for that.
I look forward to seeing them more often in the future and meeting up with new friends along the way as well as past friends I already know are super great.

This was the year Daughtry helped me get over an extremely emotional break-up, and when I first started listening to their music more frequently. Now, I don't know what I'd do without Daughtry in my life. DAUGHTRY FOR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!
