I belong to the fan club and didn't get the presale code for the July 17 Wantagh, NY show. How can i get it? It was supposed to be e mailed to me. presale starts today.
I see some people are saying they got an email with the pre sale code for tomorrow. I signed up for the email but i have not received anything yet. Help?

This is a question for kristancfan. When you say make sure your profile is set to receive newsletters are you referring to the e-mail notifications. This was the only area I saw anything that could be what you are talking about.
I had the same question because tickets to the public go on sale friday for me so I was trying to get presales. I was confused how to join the newsletter but I looked and it says I joined the mailing list. Is that the same as the newsletter and if not please someone direct me!
Rocy, you have to go to your rewards profile and set yourself up to receive newsletters by email. The password will be emailed to you on the day of the sale. Sometimes it's very close to the 10am on sale time. Some times it's late. My last presale, the email came at 10:25am, the presale started at 10am. I'm hoping the new web crew gets better at this.

YES. Make sure your Rewards Profile is set to recieve email notifications. Thats how you get the latest info on tour dates and pre-sales.
