Hi Daughtry Members,
Starting today November 16th at 6:00pm EST until 6:00pm EST on November 29, 2012, you will be able to redeem your final Daughtry rewards. Unfortunately on 11/29, you will no longer be able to redeem rewards. The good news is there are plenty of new Daughtry rewards available! It's first come, first served, so make sure you redeem your points quickly!

In the coming weeks, we will begin to phase-out the Daughtry Rewards program. We're happy that it provided us with an opportunity to reward the band's most loyal fans and incredibly appreciate your participation. We understand this phasing out may be met with some disappointment, but be assured that we will continue our commitment to reward our fans after the rewards system has been phased out.
As we transition away from the existing program and to show you how much we appreciate you, we will be adding a number of new rewards in the coming weeks to ensure that everyone has a chance to redeem their points.
Thank you all for your participation in this exciting program and your continued support of Daughtry!! We're very much looking forward to continuing to find ways to show your our deepest and most sincere appreciation.
NOTE ABOUT VIP REDEMPTIONS: If you redeemed points for VIP you will receive an email with your VIP code. After you complete the process of redeeming your code you are confirmed for VIP. You will not receive another confirmation email after that. Hope this clears up any confusion.
EDIT: The only emails that award points are emails sent from the rewards program. These will be announcement emails, not "point recap" emails. We have only sent one of these so far. Standard daughtry label list emails do not award points at this time.
EDIT: Also,If you are trying to change your password or profile info, do it via your Daughtry Rewards Profile Page. The standard profile info on the regular site is not working at the moment. The rewards profile will work, however.

Quick note about point totals: If your point total seems incorrect or if you feel like you have lost points, it is very likely that you have not. Your browser is just displaying an older point total.
To fix this, you'll need to clear your cache. It's simple. Learn how right here. Clearing your cache will make sure you are seeing the most up-to-date version of your points page.
Also, points for an activity might not display immediately after the activity. In some cases you may have to wait a few minutes. So please be patient.

Daughtryfanrocks1, go on Twitter and tweet to Daughtry_News- many times!!! My friend was owed a signed drumhead and drumsticks, and after several tweets to them, she FINALLY got her things- more than a year later!
I still have not gotten my autographed album covers from the fan rewards that I redeemed last year. I even went to the link posted above and emailed them about it, they told me they weren't able to help me with this. Is there anybody else I can ask about this?
rickvh - I don't know about Baltimore. I just checked tickets for Cleveland presale. The best seats were $89.90. For $115 (and no added fees) you can get the VIP without soundcheck or meet and great. It comes with a premium ticket and a t-shirt. I got better tickets that way (5 rows closer) for not much more money - daughtryvips.com.

Is the July 6 show in Baltimore, MD having a pre sale today? The email that was sent out said tickets go on sale today ( Tue Apr 23 2013). There is not further information about this like the email also said...

Hang in there guys. I think they are finally starting to send everything out. My friend, who they owe a signed drumhead and sticks too, actually got a Fedex tracking number from them on Wednesday
Update, 3/13/13: Today my friend finally got all her things that she won!!!! So it looks like DO is finally coming through. Hope the rest of you get what you're expecting too!!
Rewards Issues - just so very tired of seeing fans disappointed and not receiving what they ordered. Daughtry needs to know about this.
I had emailed the Rewards Program Customer Service 2 or 3 times (not sure of the exact number) since my initial order and had sent an email to Sony/RCA via the website, but was instructed that no one at that particular email/customer service area could help me.
NOT good P.R. if you ask me!!!

I'm not normally a complainer, but I haven't received my goodies yet either. I ordered 2 or 3 signed album covers. Pretty much given up on them, but still love Daughtry!
I too would like to add myself to the "list" of members who are missing rewards items. I redeemed them in good faith and was looking so forward to receiving them. I recieved one signed CD cover and one shirt back in December and am missing at least 4 or 5 signed CD covers and another 5 shirts. I was so excited to be able to share these with my family and now I have just about given up hope that they will ever arrive. We worked so hard for those points, logging in everyday! I pray that someone in management will make this right and honor all of our hard work. We still love Daughtry and will continue to support the band and their music but can't help but feel a little hurt and forgotten about. I know that there are more than just a few of us out here with this same issue. Maybe there will be "safety in numbers." Please make this right.

Just adding my name to those who're missing items from the "rewards" thing, now that I can finally log in to the boards again! I got the guitar picks and a damaged signed photo, but am missing other items. I've pretty much given up on it all.
My friend has a 2nd row seat for Clearwater center section face value pm me if interested so i can give you her email.
I clicked on the link above to email the company and I selected where is my shipment asking where my shipment was from the daughtry rewards program and got a reply saying

ibrb, totally understand about you being upset about the whole rewards thing. It's really sad, because I feel that it's really important for a band to have a great website and management that cares enough to maintain it. Unfortunately, that doesn't apply here!

Hi there,
I followed the instructions provided in this link and got a response back from it saying they had no information regarding the fact that the 140,00 points I used to get the SEVEN signed booklet covers from BTS and rewards, was in the records..I have gotten TWO of them, but am short FIVE..
What should I do next?I would really like to have the FIVE other signed booklet covers for gifts for family and friends,who like DAUGHTRY but would never have the chance for signatures.
Thank you very much..should I just call the phone number on the package...they would obviously have some information since they sent me the TWO booklets in separation shipments?
Any info is appreciated on what has happened here.

1st of all, we should never bother Deanna about anything Daughtry-related. She has so much going on with her life, even besides the Twins, and she's even off Twitter now. Not sure how much influence Chris has over this website either. It's possible he reads this thread tho because he does come on here. It's been a total disappoint for a few years. I think most of us have accepted the fact that it's not going to get any better. My friend won a few items in November, 2011 and still has not received them, even after she got a reply from DO on Twitter asking for her info. It's really sad how the label has abandoned the site.
Daughtryfied8, I'm like you. I totally forgot about the t-shirt reward I still haven't received. However, I did get the autographed album cover with in a month (BTS). I had the guys sign mine when they were in town, so I'd like to offer you the one I got thru rewards. Just PM me and we'll exchange info, if you'd like. I didn't know everyone had been posting here til today so I think we should mount a campaign to make Chris and the guys aware of what's happening here. We know HE CARES! Does DeeAnna still help out with stuff? Prolly not since the twins are such a handful. (and so darn cute!) But I wonder if we could appeal to her for help? I know she's taking a tech break now. as Chris said but maybe in the near future we could ask for her help. What do you guys think?

I had this problem and used the link you provided. When I contacted these people, they told me I need to contact the customer support of the official website. I ordered a Daughtry autographed album cover through the reward site on 11/16/2012, when the rewards program was still up and running. I never received the album cover. Honestly, it's been so long that I forgot about it by now. Can someone help me?

2 of my friends did vip for texas and got 4th row another friend did tx got 2nd row. In ok i met a girl who got 3rd row for the vip + ticket hope this helps!

This website just sucks anymore. They give us no reason to even check this website anymore. I think they have just moved on to Facebook. If that's true, why doesn't DO just close up shop? I remember when Chris and JP used to pop up here just to interact with fans. Not any more.

Sassygirls, there is no official fan address to write to the band. Try sending Chris a message on Twitter. He does read as much as he can there.

Shebakitty, hope you got the presale code. It was all over Twitter and Facebook. They don't try to keep it private anymore because it doesn't matter. Scalpers get it anyway
