Just wanted to say thanks, and intro myself

Hello Chris,

"Wow, this is sooooo, new to me, never wrote to anyone "famous" before. Let me say that your music touches me in a way that few others have ever approached. You came into my musical life at a very tramatic time in my life. I'm 54 and had not been in a relationship with a woman in a very long time. Had some bad experiences long ago that left me jaded to say the least. Anyway, a local gal wedged her way into my heart, and after almost two years of dating, and seriuos considerations of a life long commitment, she tells me we will have to change the way we do things now that her husband is coming back of Iraq!!!!! I was floored, torn, and spit out! And even after I told her we could never be, she just couldn't leave me alone. I simply crashed and burned.

So, too much information? Well, the lyrics that I have written in the time since my meltdown are to say the least, very heartfelt. No one else out there today has your vocal power, and I really think that you might enjoy some of my work. I have about thiry lyrics, and at least that many poems that might be worth an idea or two. So Chris, if some evening, your a bit bored, and could use a bit of insite into an old sailors head, drop me a line and I will gladly find a way to get some of my work to you to check out. Don't know if this is a proper use of this forum, but hell, I did'nt even have a computer till a year and a half ago, just one of the many changes I have gone thru. I do appreciate your time and your talent Chris, so even if I don't hear from you I'll still be a huge fan. Take care and rock on guy!
