Hannah now that you mention it 4 a.m. is Chris' song and I bought it on itunes. Now when I wake up I'll think of him and that song and smile. Thx, that's a great way to start the day. lol That will be good if your seats are better than you think. I've only had one opportunity to see them once in a really great spot but a couple times my seats ended up being slightly better than I thought which made me feel better. I just hope some time in the future I can be in the middle section in the first 5 sections or something. that would be perfect to be close to them, get great pics, and take part in awesome action. Are you doing anything fun this weekend? Hope you have a great one.

Terri I am not sure what I am doing. I am going to see Snowwhite and the Huntsmen early this afternoon and tonight I'll watch Dalton for a couple hours but that's about it. I need to clean, continue to apply for jobs, and get some things in order. Plus its going to be HOT out there. I think the 100's are here to stay through summer. Today its supposed to be 111. Yuck. Hello girls. How are you all doing today? I am okay and making hte most of my days off from work. i slept in til 7 today which was nice although I did go to bed later as I was reading and hard a time sleeping with girl problems and all but we'll see. It's crazy that 7 is sleeping in but compared to 4 a.m. it is. LOL

Patty yeah I have been looking online and have found some. I am going to order one later on today. I was browsing and looking at prices and found some good deals. My problem should be fixed in no time. And great on you deciding to go after all to break your record. I will keep fingers crossed for you better things come along in terms of Daughtry. Its always messed up when it comes to seats and tix. I had no idea they were doing Pit shows at my concert in Phx til I got there and thought wtf.

Cargirl that sounds fun. My sister actually went to see the Blue Man Group here recently and said it was amazing and better than she thought. She only went b/c they got the tix for free b/c whoever gave them to her and her hubby didn't want to see it. She told me it was a lot better than what you see on tv and things. Terri I am doing okay and family seems to be doing ok. I guess Dalton has a double infection of some sort. He's been different than normal lately and acting out and the dr says it could be b/c of these infections he has. He has one of his face and tushy.

Hey everyone, hope you all enjoyed your long weekend. I went to visit my sister and went to see The Blue Man Group. Really cool show!!! A mix of percusion, comedy, and science. I also got my tickets for the Troy show and was a little disappointed. Sec. B Row H and I ordered them with the presale code on the 9th. Oh well 8th row from the stage is still not bad for my first show.

Patty sorry to hear about your ticket troubles for the Troy show. That really does suck and I would be mad too if they said first comes first and it turns out to be a lie. Cargirl wow that gives me some hope than. Thanks for sharing your story with me about how you got into your job with persistence. Sometimes I get frustrated with the whole process of it all but I don't let it stop me from moving on and still be on the job hunt.

Terri no I completely understand why you stopped watching. I get kind of like that too. I think b/c there really isn't anything else on thats why I tuned in. It's not like I have a lot going on this summer. I doubt I am going on any trips. I just can't afford it. It kind of depends on my job situation and all that but I guess anything is possible.

I am depressed. I want to upload my pics so bad but I can't find my usb cord and I went to find one at store and all of them are too big so I don't even know if its possible. I bought one b/c it was smaller and the guy helped me but nope didn't work. still slightly too big. I'll be devastated if I can't find one and can't share pics or load things to my computer. Keeping fingers crossed something turns up but its got me down a bit, not just b/c of my Daughtry concert pics but also b/c of future pics to come and ones from easter....

these past few days have gone by super fast and ive done nothing. got important paper work in order, helped sister with grocery shopping which took up half my day and when u run errands time just runs miles ahead of you. okay well have a good evening, talk to u all soon.

patba - 87 shows!!!? Wow that's what I call a dedicated fan! That's cool you're a teacher. What subject? I had a awesome English teacher in 8th grade! I'm stilling learning from that experience. I got VIP seats for the Troy show. I don't know the exact seats, haven't picked up the tickets yet.

sumrgal - That sucks you have a meeting at work on the weekend. Totally unfair! My aunt does that medical billing and coding stuff. It's cool you can work from home doing that. Keep trying! Persistance pays off ... eventually. And don't give up on your writing, even if you can only do it in your free time. It's good to keep your dreams alive. I've been at the auto auction 6 years. To get hired, though, I had to put in my application 3 times! See persistance pays off!

terrib - It's great you can stay home with your kids. Kids these days need that stabillity!

Terri glad you liked my review. It's so easy to get swept away by the atmosphere of it all. I wonder how the all star cast is going to be when it comes to DWTS. I think the partners should def be with someone different and there should be a few catches along the way. Haha. You're right, Peta does seem sweet and I bet her and Maks are just cute together. It was nice to see a fresh face win esp since it was only her second season and the first time around she got kicked out the first round.
Congrats to ur little ones on doing so well in school. That is awesome and they sound so smart and like to stay involved in things. I am sure it'll be nice once the sports are over and you can enjoy each other and your summer. If your sons team goes all the way, when would it all end?

Cargirl right now I am in retail. Not exactly exciting but that's all I can find right now. I went to school for medical billing and coding but having hard time finding something but trying hardest. I wish I could do something different. I really want to be a writer b/c I enjoy writing poetry and things I am passionate about. Music is one of my favorite things in life and Daughtry has just captured my heart entirely and it all started with Chris and his idol days which I knew he'd be a star after a single note. I've only been to 5 shows but hoping to add more some day. That's good your job is not boring and you like cars so much. How long have you been doing that for?

Patty every time I see the preview of Rock of Ages movie I think ofyou. I know its not the same thing and the broadway experience would be way better but it just reminds me of you and how ur such a fan. And yes you were def right about Daughtry and how much I would enjoy it. They have moved up a notch, I think thats always a possibility for them.

Any plans for Memorial Day weekend? My sister might have something at her house. I know I'll have to work and Sunday night we have a mandatory store meeting from 730-1030. I personally think its kind of rude that they're doing it this weekend but thats Michaels for you.

SHANNA~I LOVED your review. You captured it well how we all feel. I'm so glad you had such a great time at your show. I am really happy Donald won DWTS and that a new pro dancer won as well. I like Peta and I think it's cute her and Maks are dating. She seems sweet. WOOHOO for the win! I sorta thought William would get 2nd but no biggie, they were all 3 really talented. Looks like it will be an all star cast for the next season? My daughter finished up gymnastics and swimming. She's going to do a cheer camp for a full day this summer but other than that we are going to take a break from sports for a few months if possible. My son was supposed to be done with football but since they made the playoffs it is lasting longer than normal. Yesterday was their last day of school and both received reading awards. My son also made it into a gifted program next year. Both got all A's on their report cards. Ready for a fun summer!

Terri that is great your sons team is doing so well. I hope they continue to go farther and have a awesome shot at the championship. Is he having a blast with it? I am sure its busy if he has games all the time. My nephews baseball team will be going to the playoffs soon enough. i went to his game last night but it didn't count. They had to forfeit b/c they only had 8 players so borrowed one from other team when necessary and just played for practice. It was a shame b/c they would have kicked butt b/c the score was 19-2.
Speaking of DWTS weren't Donald and William ur two favs since the beginning? I am going for Donald. He has a great personality and is such a beauty to watch.

Well hope you have a nice weekend ladies. today is kind of a do whatever I want day. I was hping to go to dinner with some friends but doesn't look like that is going ot happen. Tomorrow I work from 730-12 and tomorrow night I am watching Dalton while they go to dinner and a movie.

I am kind of tired at the moment. I had my first 5 a.m. shift yesterday and while it went well and I had a great day it did wear me out a bit. Once I start doing this shift more often I know it'll take time to adjust and the bedtime might just fall more into my lap. Haha. The store manager came in half way during our shift tho and was really cranky so it doesn't exactly make me look forward to working with her tomorrow. It kind of sux if I am being honest.

I am with you i enjoyed the voice it was so good this season and they rerun it on E so i can keep up with it. As for DWTS I am just too wiped to watch!

Terri I really enjoyed the finale of DH but its so sad that its now over. I too cried several times during it and also enjoyed seeing Lynette and Tom get back together. That was one of the best parts. It all ended well and had me laughing throughout even tho it pained me a lot also. I loved when Karen confessed. When she overheard Carlos and Gaby talking I was afraid she was going to give the real story. that was like my favorite sitcom so its really hard, just as hard as it was when Friends aired its last show.
And great job to your son for making the playoffs for spring ball. Too bad about having to miss the concert tho but you're right family should come first, thats most important. Hopefully Daughtry will be playing near you again soon enough so you'll eventually catch them. My show is one week away!!
Did you and your family do anything nice for Mother's Day? Our plans were cancelled so I worked, ran a few errands and relaxed.

Patty I am not as into DWTS as I used to be. I still enjoy it and all but I am just like whatever. I think I generally prefer The Voice over anything really. I used to be like that, not wanting to continue to watch something once my favorite person got the boot.

Yesterday was the first day my car was extra hot and the steering wheel and seatbelt burned my hand. It's in the early 100's now and is supposed to stay all week. We are above normal and I'd say summer has truly officially begun this way.

Well hope you girls are both well. I had a really great day at work today. Its so much better, it truly is but I am still looking for a job in my field and hoping for the best. Take care and talk to you soon!!

SHANNA~What did you think of the DH finale? I cried several times during it. Thought they wrapped it up well. I was SO happy that Lynette and Tom ended up together. I liked how they showed many of them in the future. And I think the part with Karen testifying was awesome and hilarious!! But also sad with her and Roy. I noticed a few shows I like got cancelled for the fall. But most of my shows will be back. Hope you had a great weekend!

PATTY~I have to wait and go to another show. Hopefully something this summer. My son is playing spring football and it was supposed to end about a week ago, but he made playoffs which are Wed and Thurs night. He's the QB so I can't ask him to miss it. Hubby got a promotion and won't be able to be there, so I need to be. I've never missed them playing here but family first always. Disappointed to miss it. How are things with you? Miss ya!

Hey Terri!!! So happy to see you here again. You just made mye day!! I don't have a problem with Maria or any of the stars left on DWTS. I think they're all talented. I used to not care for William once but he can dance I'll give him that. I think the semi-finals and finale will be good for sure. I was not at all surprised that Roshen and Melissa were voted off. As for DH yea that was the impression I felt also about how Tom miscontrued what he was seeing taking place. It was b/c he was now taking his boss's words seriously about her being into another guy. I hope they make it in the end or I will scream, seriously. And I agree about Susan, she needs to start fresh and get away from the house and memories that make her think of Mike b/c it's really affecting her, tho I miss him too. I can't believe its series finale time. How is that even possible? Time is going by fast for everything.
I am doing much better but throat still hurts a bit. It was my right side that hurt but now its my left side and I don't know what is going on. I am coughing a bit here and there but doing well. Hot and cold stuff feels really nice on my throat tho so hopefully it'll go away on its own soon.

are you doing anything for mothers day? we're having this family dinner thing at my sisters for a mexican buffet type thing, im excited but not sure if i'll be able to stick around for cards, just depends on how exhausted i am and if i can get a decent nap

Well going to head to bed shortly. its going to be insane for me coming up. Saturday I have to close and won't get up til 10 and than have to turn right around and be there at 5 in the morning....craziness but all next week I either work at 5 or I work at 730. its going to be tough getting a new bed time and all but i think it'll eventually catch up to me and i'll get used to it.

Patty wow 17 shows, I knew you went to a lot the first leg but wasn't sure how many. You're going to have major withdrawals esp since you're going to less of them this time around. I think it's hard enough by only going to one show I can't imagine how 17 shows would feel without a fix. Haha. You're not the only one out there who does that but I am sure you're in to the top 10 for sure huh? thats great tho you know the Daughtry men love it.
