Newbie that needs help! Puh-leeze!

I saw their were a few other users who have overlapping screens. How can I change my password when I have an over lapping screen? I have tried 3 times, and each time had to request a reset. Is their an admin we can e-mail for help? Thanks, I appreciate any help you all can give!
