GENUINE THANK YOU TO THE BAND (KISS 108 CONCERT)
On Monday, May 14th, I took my mother to the emergency room of a local hospital where she almost died. She was in intensive care until Wednesday when they moved her to a regular room. On Thursday, she had another setback and almost died again. She is currently stable and the doctor plans on operating on Tuesday, May 22nd. I had a 10th row ticket to the KISS concert at the Tweeter Center for Saturday, May 19th. My mom still wanted me to do everything I had planned, so I went to the concert. I was there for the entire show and talked to her on the phone between acts. When DAUGHTRY came on the stage, that was the first time that I actually "escaped" from everything that happened during the week. My friends and I call any day that we see the band "DAUGHTRY DAY." I really needed my DAUGHTRY DAY. It's amazing the power music has to touch people. I want to extend a genuine thank you to the band because your music truly moves me and "losing myself in the music" while seeing you perform live after a week of uncertainty proved that. Josh P., I missed you.
Thank you and God Bless!
