First of all, WOW! This was my second concert of my life, the first being a Train - Brandi Carlile concert a year ago, so I guess you could say I have little experience in the matter of rock concerts. But really, Daughtry rocked! We planned ahead with traffic, but still got caught up in a little and missed a couple songs of Daughtry. It was depressing not to see the stadium packed just for him. But Chris really rocked! Just like on American Idol, and the radio, and his CDs, and all his singing I've ever heard even with Absent Element and before, it was FLAWLESS. I tried to snap some pathetic pictures using the farthestmost Zoom on my digital but the best I could get was still blurry. Nonetheless, it was a fantastic event and made my 16th birthday special. I'll remember it forever!

Thanks Daughtry for giving me the most memorable birthday ever!

My 7th Daughtry show was amazing!!! Joey was such a sweetheart, as usual, and came out to talk with us after the show. He is amazing! My seats sucked, but we managed to get down closer during Daughtry, but not close enough!! I would do anything to get front row for just one show Even though they played for about 45 minutes, it seemed like 2 minutes. Can't get enough of them, and CAN'T WAIT for the Big E show!!! Love ya guys!!

The guys rocked and they sounded awesome! Luckily I made my kids and friends go in early and was able to catch their entire show! Miss the show....how can you go to the Tweeter Center and NOT tailgate!!! The whole concert was awesome and I will def. get tickets to the Big E to see the guys again! FANTASTIC SHOW!!!!!

So basically I have already seen Nickelback Live so I decided to go see Daughtry who is like my number favorite band in the whole world play with Nickelback. We planned to get to the concert early and have a cook out. I wanted to go into the center early to get a shirt and find my seat and stuff to make sure i wouldnt miss Chris. We went in at about 6:40 and to my surprise Chris is already singing Crashed which is one of my favorite songs! Why did he start so early the ticket said the concert started at 7:00. I was so pissed because he was basically the whole reason of goin to the concert, and i only heard about six songs. But i guess what i saw rocked but still i am pissed!

The show was great!!!! I wish my seats had been closer, but well what are you going to do? It was great to see the guys LIVE finally!!! I have been so exited about this concert, and it surely was no disappointment!!!!

To all of you that are whining about missing the Daughtry part of the show, stop it, Its not the guys fault. When you go to a concert, you really have to be prepared for traffic and such. Show was scheduled to start at 7, and doors opened at 6, so be there by 6. Yes, the guys started about 7 minutes early, and they played a 42 minute set, it was FAB!!!

We came from Maine and we left at 1 pm and we got to the Tweeter parking lot at 530, after stopping at a pub for dinner and 2 potty breaks, traffic wasn't too bad when we arrived.

The guys rocked, and were worth every penny of ticket price. I feel bad that anyone missed Daughtry's set, but if you had been there at 7, you still would have seen about 35 minutes..........

ok... so umm i started crying when i heard them doing a soundcheck.. pretty pathetic but what can i say, daughtry is pretty much MY LIFEE<3333 so yeahh umm i didnt even know they were on until i saw someone with a bald head come on and i CRIED AGAINNNNN so yeahh my friend was laughing at me the whole time because i was one of the 6 people who were standing upp & singing. i felt SOOOOOO bad for the guy sitting infront of mee i was screaming soooo much i think i made him deaf. I was Finally able to get my hands on pit tickets at last minute. I was extactic!!!! I made arrangments and plans were to leave at 4 pm. Mapquest said an hour. I knew there would be tons of traffic so i knew to leave extra early. Well my Husband doesnt know how to tell time and he was draggin feet so we didnt end up leaving till 5. Stuck in bumper to bumper traffic from exit 25 on 495 all the way to Tweeter. We pulled into the parking lot at 7:24, ran to the center , and got in the pit just in time to hear 2 1/2 songs. I was so upset, i wanted to cry, and did a bit. But what i saw ROCKED!!!! DAUGHTRY could never give a less than perfect show. I was able to get 50 pictures in a short time. The rest of the show was unbelievable. But nothing could ever compare to Daughtry!!!!! AT the end of the show we took our time leaving, knowing the hassle of trying to get out, and we spotted the tour buses. We waited for Daughtry to come out. We saw members of the band go in and out of the buses but NO CHRIS But Joey finally came over and talked and hung out with all of us!!! As we were waiting I was talking to My best friend RIE, in SC. Then it was my turn, Joey came over and he talked to her in the phone, she had perma grin the rest of the night and Joey Barnes signed my ticket and I got a pic with him. He is absolutely amazing!!! THANK YOU JOEY!!! YOU made a disappointing night turn into the most amazing night ever! Hurry back to MA, guys. Cant wait till October when I take a trip to SC to see you guys rock there.

Okay, the traffic was a disaster, but the show was AMAZING! The band sounded AWESOME! I still liked the shows I saw in Boston at the Paradise, and in St. Petersburg better, because the venues were so small, and I'm spoiled and like to be right in front, but the band was OUTSTANDING!

I have to say THANK YOU, JOEY! I brought my daughter for her 11th birthday, and Joey was SO nice to her after the show! We hope you liked the book and the posters she made! You are one classy fella Mr. Barnes!

Daughtry was FABULOUS!!!! The show was AMAZINING!!!!!! I was sooooo happy they sang so many songs. All the songs were GREAT!!!!
The seats we has sucked we could not see to much -- but to listen was great.. We bought the tickets off Ticket master @ the exact itme they went on sale our seats were 4 rows in form the back under the rain shield all the way to the left. We arrived @ 5:15 so we got to see the whole show. I feel so bad for the people who were stuck in traffic. I wish the TV screens zoomed in for Daughtry too.. I would have loved to see his cute face.. Fabulous job guys.

What can I say?? Daughtry was AMAZING...simply amazing. My only disapointment was that he was only on for 2.3 seconds...lol....Seriously, he was on for about 40 minutes, but it just went by so quickly. I could have listened to him all night long....I'm definitely going to the Big E now...I need more Daughtry!!!! lol

this was the first concert i have ever gone too. im glad daughtry played even though he was early didnt understand that but w.e. i heard most of his songs. Really fun concert cant wait to do it agian.

THIS SHOW ROCKED AND ROCKED HARD! I missed like the first 1 or 2 songs but luckily no more. Had g/a pit tickets and was right were the 2nd row would of been had there been seats. OMG, PEOPLE THEY ARE WORTH THE MONEY!!! I was so close I could see Chris, Staind and Nickelbacks sweat! Love the way Chris dedicated "Conviction" to David Hasselloff.. that was funny sh*t. I got some kick a$$ pics of all the bands and once I can figure out how to get them onto my computer I'll post them and the link to myspace. Added bonus, got a pick from all 3 bands. Helps when your b/f is 6'11.. On the downside, to whoever was thowing change at his head, GROW UP, just because he's tall doesn't mean he needs to stand in the back. He paid just like everyone else did!!.

So lastnight was my first live experience with Daughtry, and it was awesome!!! It was even better than I had imagined. I had awesome seats so I got a great view of the show. It would have been better of course from backstage! lol But I'm telling everybody to see the guys live and in person whenever possible! We had such a great time. This morning I just bought tickets for my next Daughtry concert, and I can't wait! I'm so glad you guys made it down to our neck of the woods! See ya soon!

Daughtry rocked! Chris and the band sounded awesome. Can't wait to see them again!

Soooo, usually it takes us an hour to get to the Tweeter Center.. well, last night took us OVER 3 hours to get there!! I missed the WHOLE Daughtry set. I just wanted to go home when we pulled in the Tweeter Center parking lot and got the call from my friend who was inside. But my husband and I just decided to go in and try to enjoy ourselves.

We were parked over by the limos so we had to walk by the tour buses. There were no fans around, just me walking by and then stopped to see if I could see anyone. And guess who was walking in my direction!!! CHRIS!!! Ohhhhhhhhmigod my heart was beating a mile a minute! I just wanted to run right over to him, but figured I would get arrested. So I called out his name and he looked up, I said Hi and waved and he waved back, nodded at me and was like What's up! I looked at my hubby and was like OMG OMG! LOL He's like well do something. I'm like what.. Chris, I really want your autograph but don't have a pen! LOL. So they took him right into his tour bus and then *DING* I realized I have a camera cell phone! I waited a little bit to see if he would come back out but my hubby was getting antsy to go in.. so I finally gave in.. lol. I was about 15 feet away from him. It definitely made my night - even though I was really bummed I missed their performance.

So, I had a bitter sweet evening.

I have to say that I was so proud seeing Daughtry at a much larger venue than I am used to. They have come so far. The traffic was terrible and what I thought would be a 3 hour trip turned into 4.5. Since I figured Daughtry would be coming out first, I was getting stressed that we got there @ 6:30. They came on a few minutes early. Sounded awesome. Here's a pet peeve WHY DO PEOPLE GET MAD WHEN SOMEONE IS STANDING UP AT A CONCERT? I CAN'T SIT DOWN FOR DAUGHTRY. I KNOW I HAVE A SEAT BUT IF I WANTED TO SIT I WOULD STAY HOME AND I THINK LAME PEOPLE SHOULD DO THE SAME. Phew...I feel better now! Anyway, Joey always is so entertaining and judging by his outfit, it looked like maybe he rode in on a horse:) Staind and Nickleback were very very good.
I was thinking on my ride home that I really hope Daughtry's next album is a little more hardcore rock. People really respond to that and now that they have a pretty large fan base, it's time to let loose and just blow us all away. Don't get me wrong, I love their first album but the next one, should be even better. Also, a few minutes before I got home I heard WHAT I WANT on my local radio station. Does anyone know if that's the new single? I may be the last to know but what happened to Josh Paul? I saw him in Troy NY last winter but he wasn't there on GMA or in Mansfield. I hope he is ok.

Hi MJ. I have no problem with starting on time. That was not the point. The point was that they started EARLY. The security guy said, as did someone else who posted here, that they started at 6:50. And they couldn't have played for long. We weren't that late so we would have seen SOME of the set. When we were leaving, we could hear Nickelback all through the parking lot so we would have heard Daughtry when we got there if they were still playing. Staind played for quite a while and they were the "add on." It would have been nice if they were on first. I don't know whose idea it was for them to go on early, but I paid to see Daughtry and only Daughtry and didn't see them at all.

Awesome show last night! Daughtry is soo good live! I missed the first couple of songs due to suck ass traffic, but I caught most of their performance. It was my first time seein them too so it was wicked exciting. Can't wait to do it again!

I was at the show last night and Chris was awesome. He came out at about 6:55pm. Unfortunately I read that some people missed him. Well they should not blame the bands for missing them. The tickets did say 7:00pm. When you have 3 bands playing they have to start on time. Chris started only around 5 min. early. Chris and the band were AWESOME!!!! I went to concert to see Chris. I had seen Nickelback a couple of months ago. They were great too. Chris can't wait to see you again. And I can't wait to see you next year as the headliner. Keep Rockin!!!!!!!!!

What a night!!!! Thanks to Firelight for helping us out when we were trying to 'find our way' when we first got there for the m&g......Here's my review of the day; I have cut and pasted things from a more lengthy one I posted over on mrd's! My one word of advice to anyone going to an upcoming show - get there early if you can! I heard more horror stories about people missing Daughtry last night because they were caught in traffic. Not to mention Daughtry started playing at like 6:50!! And if you're a VIP winner, be PERSISTENT when you get there - if people don't know what you're talking about, keep asking until you find someone who DOES!!!

We hit no traffic on the way from 99 to the Tweeter (we had hit it all earlier on 495!!), so it took us only a few minutes to get there. We ran for the gate and started looking for where we needed to be. As I expected (from reading other people's experiences) - no one had a CLUE as to where we needed to be. We were flagging down staff members left and right, asking them. I went to the will call window and showed them my email. Nada. They had no 'list' - they said that the band hadn't sent it down yet! SOOOOOOO DISORGANIZED!!!!! She told me to hang out by the window and someone would probably come around to collect us. By now it was after 5 and I was starting to get nervous that we were missing something because the email had said 4:45. I flagged down an older gentleman who was so kind to us - he took my paper and was trying to find out something to help me - meanwhile, Nancy was back over by the will call window and the 'Daughtry' guy came to collect the group! I was standing there without my email.....The nice older gentleman finally came over and was nicely trying to explain to me (that he had no idea where I should be) - I was just thinking 'hurry up and give me my email back cause the group is forming - OVER THERE!!!!' Finally got my email back, ran to Nancy, and we were given green bracelets that said 'Daughtry' on them. As we were about to go in, some security guy said 'NO CAMERAS inside'. Our faces about hit the ground! Whaaaaaaaat??!! Here we were, about to go into the venue, and NOW you're telling us no cameras?!!! Finally they said 'ok, you can take your cameras inside, but no pics - and you have to return them to your car after the m&g'. Uh, huh, whatever!!!! So, finally we're IN! They herded us (moooooooooooooooo) to a place just outside the stage where we waited for a while longer. We heard Daughtry doing their soundcheck. Melted on the spot! Nancy and I were wicked bossy, and made sure to 'shoo' everyone else in front of us, so we were dead last! Finally, they opened up the fence to let us in..........

Soooo, this is it. We're led down to a little pavillion type thingy. Under cover. The guys come out and are lined up behind a table. Everyone is being 'herded' right through quickly. Well, not us Nancy and I are thinking. They passed us out an OLD black and white pic of the band (with Jeremy) God, POOR BRIAN!!!! The chick in front of us got a cool UP TO DATE color photo!! We asked her how she managed to get that, and she said that she was with the record label?! Ok, whatever! Nancy was like 'well she's the winner of the band's website VIP, I think that that warrants a color photo'! LMAO! We were told that we couldn't take pics 'up close', only from a distance. Ummmm, Ok! So, I was snapping pics left and right. Just as we were about to get to the table, this guy with a stack of photos gets behind us. I said 'can you please go in front of us?' He was like 'well, no, I have a bunch of these that they have to sign'. I let it slide for a moment, then went back at him! LOL! I said again 'we have gifts for the guys and we don't want to rush through, could you PLEEEASE go in front of us?? *big sweet sappy smile* He said 'OK.....' Yes!!!!!! So, we finally get up to the table. Nancy gives her basket to the guys (I'll let her tell you her story)....Finally it's my turn. I had just been standing there gawking up until this point - trying to soak everything in. Drooling, etc. So, I approach the table. Chris says 'Hey Lyynnnnne!' I said 'Hi Chris' and then I said something like 'I'm really not a crazy stalker *laugh laugh*' and he laughs and says 'well, the ones that start out by saying THAT usually ARE!!' So, then I put the bag up on the table and I explained what was in the bag, the brownies, the Starbucks card (they all goooed and gaaahhhed over that ) Then I don't really remember what happened. I think that Nancy asked 'can't we please have a picture?' Chris being Chris was like 'well, of course!' So, they all get up from the table and come around the front. At some point I just latched onto Chris for a hug, and I said 'We're all so proud of you'. He said 'THANKS'!! His hands were all bandaged up, and as he put his arm around me he said something like 'I ate some concrete yesterday' and I said 'WHAT?!' He said 'I fell off my skateboard'! Poor thing!!!! So, we all lined up and had a group pic taken. Nancy's pic is better than mine - Steely's not looking at the camera in mine.........So, the guy that was telling us no pics ends up taking our pictures with the band! LMAO! After that I had Chris sign my VIP email (I didn't really have anything else for him to sign..) I actually LEFT the black and white pic on the table by accident! And that was it. It was over! The m&g guy showed us out. He told us that we could keep our cameras hahhaa!

The tickets that I got for the VIP were actually pit tix! Would have been cool if I was still 21, but I had had enough excitement for the day. Our seats were really decent to begin with, and I just wanted a place to SIT DOWN! So, Rachael and Jill took the pit tix and enjoyed Daughtry from the pit!! The guys were right on, sounded great! When they sang WAN, the tears just started rolling down my face! I hadn't blubbered after the m&g, so I guess it all came out then! NB was AMAZING, too, it was an awesome show!

THANK YOU to DO for the VIPs! I will never forget it!!

My daughter and I have seen Daughtry 3 times in the past year; well, Chris with the Idols tour and Daughtry twice including standing out in the pouring rain at the KISS Concert all day and all night. We were so excited to be going to see them again - four times in a year. My sister and my niece were with us. My sister had to work until 5:00. She works in an office on Revere Beach. She had to fight her way through the traffic from the sand sculptures on the beach to pick us up in Medford and then we had to fight our way through Boston on a Friday. We made fairly good time and got there at about 7:20. It didn't seem that we had missed anything as many, many people were were still arriving. Shortly after we got there, Staind came on. My daughter said she figured they would be first as they are not as popular as Daughtry now. Toward the end of their set, they said to give it up for Daughtry, which we took to mean they were coming up. After a very long intermission, Nickelback came out. After a while, he said, "What did you think of Daughtry and Staind?" My sister went up to one of the security people and he said Daughtry had gone on early! What's up with that? The tickets said 7:00 so why did they start before that? That isn't right. If they started on time, we may have missed some, but we wouldn't have missed the whole set. Staind and Nickelback were okay, but I wouldn't have bought tickets and fought traffic to see them. I bought 4 tickets specifically to see Daughtry. My daughter and my niece were extremely disappointed! And I am just downright ticked off! We weren't the only ones who missed the whole thing. It is bad enough trying to get there at 7 on a Friday night, but then to have the band go on even earlier than that just stinks!!! I am really, really mad.

Well, i wasnt lucky enough to go to the concert . My best friend steff got pit passes...but i couldnt make it to mass in such short notice. So i was disapointed all night but steff had me on the phone so at least i got to listen! She waited around after the concert to get an autograph and picture with joey and he got on the phone and talked to me!!!!! Thanks Joey!!!!!! And thank you Steff...i love you....

Just got home from the sold out Tweeter Center Show! Lucky enough to fall into 2 pit tickets for a great price $300!! Talk about Bang for your Buck! Chris came on 5 minutes early and was pumped up. Opened with Crash. Sounded so crisp througout the entire set. People were actually running in when they heard him crank it up. Great dedication to David Hasselhoff on "Breakdown". Best moment of the show was probably Coming Home everyone was singing to the chorus and you could tell Chris was stoked. I was really impressed with the show first time seeing Chris live and my wife & I couldn't have been happier literally 15 feet from the stage. Staind & Nickelback were awesome! This was probably one of my top 3 concerts of all time. #1 KISS REUINION "25 Years of Destruction" #2 Motley Crue "Girls Tour" with the rolling drum solo and this one! Good Luck getting tickets guys. Pay the money you wont be let down!

I have been a fan back since the American Idol auditions. My friends and I pick a concert for "Girls Night Out" every year. When we heard Daughtry was coming to New England we knew what concert we were going too. It is an early B-day present for me. Please pick me for a meet and great. My 4-year old daughter would be pretty impressed.
