Uploading Pic for Personal Account Icon
On the website, to upload a pic for the icon, it states to use "Edit" button; however, when you click that button, it takes you to another page, but no upload info appears. I've tried several different ways to find an upload source, but cannot.
Can anyone help?

I also had to create a new account because I couldn't log in, and my Contact Us forms were unanswered. I'm glad to be on, but hate that it shows me as super new. And I also can't seem to get a picture for the forum to upload. I guess it uses my facebook one for the Rewards area, as I see it there.
Sometimes mine shows my facebook picture but otherwise when I comment on anything, it's just blank.
Count me in as being pictureless, too. I've been trying for weeks. Ugh.
Me too, can't upload picture. Need help. Who do we contact to get this corrected. Can anyone offer suggestions on how to upload picture to our profile? Huge Daughtry fan.
Me too! I am profile pictureless! I have been a long time member and could not log in so made a new account. I feel lost here now.

ive tried too, and cant find any place to upload a pic under "edit"
ok...so it's not just me....It's doing the same thing for me and I've been trying for hours...it's making me so mad LOL
