Reward never received, no response from DO...
To keep it short, I redeemed points toward a pack of guitar picks on May 5th and received a confirmation email right away. Here it is May 18th and I haven't gotten them yet(1st time I ordered them it took 2 days) and no one will reply to my inquiries and emails. Anyone know how to get a response from DO?

I too have got nothing for my points that I ordered on 11/16. I did get a confirmation email back but nothing else since. Will it ever show....?

Well still no help from ANYONE. No replies from messages sent on facebook, twitter, rewards support team, these forums, or Sony Online. Good luck redeeming you points you work so hard for folks. Since most of the rewards are "sold out" anyway and the vip doesn't seem to be working for lots of people and you can't order guitar picks even, I guess all that's left is the 10% off the store....YAY! big reward!
