A request from a devoted fan to the man himself !

Hey Chris

Let me first say since seeing you on American Idol, buying your albums and constantly listening to them...i have become a huge fan...U GUYS ROCK !

Im going to try and make this as short as possible...my name is Shane and i live in the UK and I have a childhood sweetheart (Lynn) that lives in SA...She was my first love 18 years ago and we drifted apart back then but now after 15 years we have rediscovered each other through Facebook...to make a long story short i have booked and payed for my plane ticket to take Lynn your concert at the Coca-Cola Dome in SA on the 29th of October... So far there are 12 of us that are buying tickets to be in your Golden Area in front of the stage...

Now comes the request bit...I would like to ask her to marry me at your concert and if Daughtry would do me the awesome honor of displaying a marriage proposal on screen while i get down on one knee i think Lynn and i would be absolutely blown away..
Besides her having a heart attack i know she would say yes...

I know this is absurd and a real shot in the dark...but hey if i dont ask it definitely wont happen right ?
