Tillie - In your rewards section, click on "Get Points" tab, then click on the "Connect To Facebook" icon, then click "Disconnect" under Facebook and Re-connect. Eye-wink

I just went back and checked my activity log; haven't gotten the 500 monthly points for liking Daughtry on facebook. How do you disconnect and re-connect? I tried unliking and then liking; but nothing happened. I tried sharing a link on facebook and didn't receive points for that either.

Karyn - Yes, The Web Crew replied to our question about it on here and said that we are allowed to redeem points one time for each leg of the tour. Eye-wink

For those members having issues getting monthly points for "Liking" Daughtry on Facebook... Try "Disconnecting" your Facebook Account and then "Re-Connecting" your account again. That method worked for me. Eye-wink

For other members having problems getting points for music purchases... Try using the "Send Us Feedback" link at the very bottom of the page and just describe your problem to them in as much detail as possible and they should be able to help resolve your problems. They responded quickly and were very courteous and professional & helped me out regarding an email problem I was having when redeeming points for a 2nd VIP Pkg on the 2nd leg of the tour.

WEB CREW....Is it possible for me to see what you see? You tell me that you checked and it looks like the points were awarded; however I do not see that and I cannot redeem points until those totals are there! Again, I am getting to the point where I'm going to lose out on something I've earned. Not cool.

WEB CREW...Just wondering about the progress of fixing the problem between DO store & Rewards points. The 1700 points coming to me for purchases will allow me to claim the 1 VIP left for a certain show. I'm afraid I'm not going to get it because my points aren't reflected on my Activities page. im getting all of my points I was wondering how long it takes to get items after you redeem the points, like shipping and handling times

Ballerboy ~ doesn't seem like things are running too smoothly around here on the New D.O. All of the bells and whistles are *FANTASTIC* . . . . when they work. I, for the most part, have had a pretty easy go of things (- the not getting points for Chris' or Daughtry News RT's ) ( Well.. it did take them about 4 months to help get my log-in corrected.. sooo Sad ) I am sure Chris is very well informed on all of the issues here ~ and especially now with tour time ~ he'll probably hear a lot about it.

I have very little knowledge of computers / websites and programming ~ but the people who were hired to do this SHOULD be WELL educated on all of the above. I know there is a Web"Crew" ~ ~ but I do wonder how many people are a part of this crew. I hope there are more then one or two ~ and that this isn't just on their shoulders. With all new situations ~ kinks have to be worked out. (heck, even in old ones) ~ so I do hope that the issues get straightend out soon. Just frustrating. :/

One thing I think should be simple enough for the Crew to change ~ the TITLE of this Thread!! Pretty clear Ed in no longer here ~ I'd say it's time to update the thread name :/.

anybody know how long it takes to get items from rewards? drumsticks,drum head cat etc... saw from that contest thing the items took 4-6 weeks which is crazy. Is it the same for redeeming rewards points?

I used to get the credits for the various monthly follows, although they were credited, taken away, re-credited, taken away etc. Now it seems like I am getting no credits at all for these. There is not even a check mark in my rewards section for "liking" Daughtry on facebook. I'd show you a screencap but we can't upload most photos on here anymore or change our profile picture etc. Extremely frustrating.

I, like heard61, redeemed points last month for an autographed drumhead. I haven't heard anything about this reward since the initial e-mail I received after redeeming my points. I sent an e-mail a few days ago, and haven't heard anything back. When can I/we expect to the reward to be filled? I really just want to know what kind of time frame I'm looking at here, and it's really frustrating not being able to get a response from anyone. Can someone please let me know what is going on with the drumheads?

We've identified an issue between the store and the rewards system, and we are in the process of fixing it, so if you've made a purchase and you need to get points retroactively, we'll let you all know when to go ahead and do that. Thanks for your patience!

WEB CREW...I did get get a shipment notification for my purchase of 2 CDS and my credit card has been charged. Please look into this again. I did not receive an email reply from you and my Activities page does not show my purchases. This is 1,700 points that I'm waiting on. Thank you.

WEB CREW....I checked my email and do not see a reply from you. Again, my activities page does not show my purchase of 2 Break The Spell CDs. I am really confused right now. And frustrated.

WEB CREW....I still do not see my music purchases on my activities page and the points were not added on.

I wasn't getting retweet points & I checked & my twitter it was not connected I had to reconnect it and I can only get RT from Chris not Daughtrynews because I tweeted all their tweets. Hope that helps.

When you watch videos you only get points for watching each video one time if you watched a video more than 1 times then you will only get points for the video once. the same thing is for music listen to 5 different songs 1 time to get points. You also need Google Chrome to get points.

Login issues you have to clear history, and cookies then re-login to the site.

Watched all 11 videos and not getting credit for it as usual! Got credit for four songs only! Have not gotten credit for Facebook! I'm spending the time, I want the points! Also, do we get points for purchasing VIPs? I purchased two and think we should get points!

@jerseygirl - we responded to your email. checked and it looks like you earned points for your purchase.

@jags - if you successfully redeemed for another m&g then you'll receive an email with instructions to the email you registered with. Please DM us the email address we used so we can make sure you get that info.

Anyone else who redeemed for a meet and greet, you will receive an email with instructions on how to get your meet and greet.

Jerseygirl- I sent an email over the weekend and got a reply this afternoon. But they're still confused, I made 3 purchases at 3 different times but only one set of the points posted. I've replied to them again explaining the situation about the other two not posting and being unable to claim points using their receipt number & have offered to forward my receipts. Hoping to get a reply soon. Have you tried to email them? I'm very frustrated, but hopeful it will be resolved. Sooner rather than later!

Basically it sounds like most of the vip's I have done. So I just went to get my VIP and they are sold out! I'm so sad!!! So now its time to do the usual~ ROAD TRIP! lol Thank you for the welcome. Though there seems to be issues... I down load my pic and its still blank. Then I do things to get more points and its not showing, but its cool.

I was hoping that someone would please finally help me. I have been having issues with my account ever since it switched over. Now I can't even log in most of the time. I am on my daughters computer right now. I have been a member from the beginning and when it switched over I lost everything. My member status went way down because I had to start a whole new account. This is so very frustrating that I am just about in tears. I have asked for help several times and no one ever gets back to me. RCA Ed always was on top of everything. You used to be able to send private messages instead of having to type it in a forum for everyone to see. I am begging you please, somebody help me. Thank you for your time.

Jerseygirl- I'm frustrated, the points showed immediately for my purchase Thursday night. But I purchased the B sides a couple days later and it still hasn't appeared in my point totals or under my activities. I hope we get an answer soon.

Like CDfan612 I too hae not seen my music purchase points added to my activities. I have entered my order receipt number 4x on the Claim points page and keep getting a reply it's not a valid number. I would appreciate a reply ASAP as I'm looking at one VIP left to claim for Vegas in May. Thank you.

Welcome to the site!!! That's great that you saw the guys in Illinois!! VIP's in the past have been like this. You get to see them do soundcheck for 3 songs- which is totally cool!!- then M & G where you line up and go into a different room one at a time. They are usually in a line and you go to each one and get a handshake (or hug) and then stand wherever you want and get your photo taken with them. Then as you leave, you get souvenirs! This scenario is exactly what has been described for the current tour too. It all seems like such a short time, but most of us feel it's worth it just to connect with them!!! I am going to 3 shows on the 2nd leg, and I have VIP for all three! Hope you get your VIP before they are all gone!!

I'm new to this site and have a question, I just saw Daughtry a couple weeks ago at NIU in DeKalb IL. They are coming back in May and I'm really wanting to get VIP. So I guess I'm wondering what to expect. Thank you in advance and psst you guys are going to love this tour! AMAZING!!!

I copy and pasted my receipt number from the invoice email in the Claim Points section and it tells me the receipt number is invalid. It's also not listed under my activities. The first cd I purchased posted the points immediately. Frustrating to think I'm losing out on 1,399 pts.

I have always had to put my purchase number to get my points for music. Copy & paste invoce code go to claim points and put in code and you will get your points.
