Ive noticed that although it states in my timeline i am getting my points or Checking in, it doesnt appear to be totaling up.
I have checked into 4 shows in the past 10 days and those 2000 points are not included in my total. Also my reconnected to FB and Twitter and it states those points are in mytimeline but also havent added it.
I think its close to 4000-5000 points i havent gotten accounted for.
Please help! Ive sent an email regarding this as well!

What's going on with the autographed drumhead rewards? I've personally sent e-mails to 4 different addresses and I know there's at least one other person that's complained in this thread about the same thing. I haven't gotten ONE response! It's been almost 2 months since I redeemed my points for the rewards, but there's a lot still unknown...I'm getting really frustrated with the lack of communication from the Web Crew or whoever is supposed to be handling these types of situations! It's unacceptable! Can someone PLEASE give me some sort of answer???

Also on http://www.daughtryvips.com/redeem/, the last paragraph says:

You should receive an email confirmation in the weeks leading up to the show. If you do not receive any communication from us, please email Customer Support with the subject line “Daughtry VIP Reward.” Thanks!

So is there a final communication just prior to your show or has everyone just been showing up with their PDF printout and confirmation, etc?

VIP get there are 3:30 and check in then they take you to sound check where you will hear 3 songs and will be able to take pictures. Then you willb escorted to your meet and greet you get to say hllo & take a pic ture with the band. Its short & sweet thn you get escorted to get your bag of goddies the end,

hawkml, yes i entered in the redemption code and a rep from daughtry official confirmed I was all set, but I was curious if thats the last step in the process for us or not? do we just show up with our confirmation emails at 330 at the main box office and get our identity confirmed and then thats it? or will daughtry official send out another email a few days before the show with instructions?

05/15 will be my first concert ever, and it's my favorite band...DAUGHTRY, got the VIP too and i hope that turns out really good....If anyone has been to VIP before can you please answer this question. ...how long does it last, and do you seriously get in trouble for asking for autographs????

PaulieV , I was wondering that also. I redeemed points for my VIP (this Sat) and I thought I was to get another email this week. I got emails when I redeemed my points two months ago, but didn't know if more info was coming! No matter what, I'll be standing in front of the venue at 3:30 this Sat!! Anybody got more info? Sooooo... disconnected and reconnected my Twitter acct. 3 times... and the 3rd time "was a charm" I am now getting my RT points. Still not getting monthly follow points for every month though :/

Saw Daughtry and experienced the VIP in Louisville, KY on March 31st... how, when, and where do we get our pictures taken with the band???

Thanks for the Update on that issue, WebCrew. Any answers yet onto why I am not receiving an RT points from either Chris or DaughtryNewsl? I have disconnected and reconnected several times and I have not received them in weeks. Hope for answers soon. Thanks.

You only get points for opening emails from Rewards, not Daughtry. I think only 2 of those have been sent out.

How do I get the pre-sale code for upcoming shows?

I have not been getting them either, LJ. Only every once in a while do I get any points for any RT's from Twitter for Chris or Daughtry News. As for the FB and Twitter following ponts, also, I have gotten them.. but they come and go. Pretty frustrating I have sent them several messaged about it but have yet to hear back ~ so we'll see.

Thanks Jags! I had been clicking on the like facebook icon, not the one to connect. It worked and I got the 500 points.

so I disconnected my facebook per the email, however now I can't reconnect. Not only did it disconnect my facebook but my twitter and foursquare as well. Any help????
