NOTE ABOUT VIP REDEMPTIONS: If you redeemed points for VIP you will receive an email with your VIP code. After you complete the process of redeeming your code you are confirmed for VIP. You will not receive another confirmation email after that. Hope this clears up any confusion.
EDIT: The only emails that award points are emails sent from the rewards program. These will be announcement emails, not "point recap" emails. We have only sent one of these so far. Standard daughtry label list emails do not award points at this time.
EDIT: Also,If you are trying to change your password or profile info, do it via your Daughtry Rewards Profile Page. The standard profile info on the regular site is not working at the moment. The rewards profile will work, however.

Quick note about point totals: If your point total seems incorrect or if you feel like you have lost points, it is very likely that you have not. Your browser is just displaying an older point total.
To fix this, you'll need to clear your cache. It's simple. Learn how right here. Clearing your cache will make sure you are seeing the most up-to-date version of your points page.
Also, points for an activity might not display immediately after the activity. In some cases you may have to wait a few minutes. So please be patient.

Pat, Valerie sent me a message about transferring the VIP to her. Unfortunately DO said "it's too late to change the names on the Will Call list" so it looks like they'll go unused...
No luck so far in finding a taker for the tickets either.

If you have free Vips I would just email daughtry rewards and see if you can give it to someone on here for free. My friend did that she ended up not going to the St. louis show& gave hers to another fan for free. She didn't want it to go to waste post that on here & on west coast forum maybe you can put it in someone else's name good luck with selling your tickets hope this information helps.

Points for picures are still not working!
You need the chrome in order to get points for music video and pictures and I don't think its compatable with the ipad that is why you are not getting points you should do the points on a regular PC. orlaptop some apl products are not compatable with the site like the imac too!
Does anyone know why I don't get reward points for viewing videos from my iPad? I have been trying for months and it never works which really stinks cause I very rarely get on my desk computer and am missing out on tons of points. Also to anyone who has done Baseball shows in the past Im wondering if Daughtry will be performing a full set after the Mets game at Citifield or just a few songs??? Thanks!

Dude when we hear it officially from Daughtry Official then we will believe it! I never believe anything unless its posted on here 1st.
If they said it to you then they should be able to post on here that there will be no vips after June 14th.
I dont know how many times I have to post this, but there will be NO MORE VIPs after June 13th. I already asked the DO VIP people and, as always, the replied promptly and politely and said "No".
Finally got an email today saying it was shipped out yesterday. Thanks to whoever finally saw my cries for help!!
I didn't mean that they don't offer enough choices, patba81. My comment alludes to the fact that I earned enough points to order a reward and after 3 weeks I still haven't received my reward and no one will help or answer my inquiries. It's very frustrating and any one of you that work to get points would be ticked if you didn't receive your VIP that you wanted or whatever. I just can't believe no one will help me.
Will there be VIP for the summer shows after June 13? Since this is still kinda the tour?

They do give rewards they gave vips for 1st 2 legs of the tour and then to special events like MLB fan cave I am sure more rewards will come once they schedule the next leg of tour when they get back from their tour abrouad with Nickelback.
I have a question. What's the point of a Rewards Program if you don't actually give the rewards that are earned? And nobody answers my emails.
Do you know if they will eventually add US Tour Dates to the schedule?

I redeemed points for VIP in Tulsa back in March. I did all the steps and was confirmed for VIP, but did not print anything off. In the instructions it says "You will receive a confirmation email in the weeks leading up to your show." I do not have the emails in my inbox anymore and have tried the same day emergency number in the instructions. No voicemail box set up and no answer. The Tulsa concert is tonight and we have to leave by 11:30 am Central Time since I live in SW Ok. My sister drove all the way from KC for the weekend so we can go to the concert and VIP. I want to make sure that when we get there we will be able to get in for the VIP. Someone Please Help Me!

Web Crew - having trouble logging on. System said my password was incorrect, so changed it. Tried to log in today with changed password, system said it was incorrect. Had to log in with my Facebook ID and password - don't want to do that.

Nobody is earning points because it is a universal problem not just with this site but also the Kelly Clarkson site. They are working on the problem which they have been nice to keeping us updated and hopefully their computer people will have it fixed. Patience is a virtue & the web crew is doing everything they can to get it running.
What on earth is taking so long to fix this website????....Or is this is how its gonna be permanently? NOT FARE! You so cant earn FREE VIP passes moving this slowly with only a couple of points given a day, or is that what you want lol for us to pay for them when we could have got them for free if you had led well enough alone! It hasnt taken this long before to be fixed...
Some people who received VIP for points in St. Louis are unable to use them. can they be re-released so other people have a chance to get them???

If you're experiencing issues with the rewards program, it's due to some maintenance that we will be performing intermittently during the day. Should be resolved soon, just wanted to give you a heads up.

Just tryin to help with a timeline of what is going on out East in PA..Today I did my regular routine of points but they are being credited for May 14th when it is actually May 13th..only getting 25pts per category..aware you are having tech difficulties..just letting you know what is happening when it happens...

This is a random question for anyone......how do i upload a file of myself for my home page?? it tells me to click EDIT but nothing pops up when i do. i have been on this site for a few weeks and i still havnt found an answer yet! please help, although i see alot of people might be having the same problem cuz im not the only one without a user image....
